it’s an everyday mascara but didnt like due to flaking, anything that falls on face during the day is no go for me

Got a sample size in a recent Birchbox. It’s an okay formula, I liked the curved brush, but for my short, thin, sparse, fragile, aging eyelashes, decimated by age and thyroid meds, the formula just doesn’t add volume, and standard size brushes are too large for careful application. Would not buy the full size based on my experience.

this is my favorite mascara! I am obsessed with the curved brush that lengthens lashes but doesn’t rlly clump then together or make clumps.
The only bad thing about this mascara is that it tends to shead a bit, other than that I love and will continue to use this mascara

This is THE mascara for me. My one. My only. Thanks to a monthly subscription and receiving this sample, it changed my eyelashes life! Short, sparse, straight lashes are magically transformed into thick, long, lashes that don’t weigh down my lashes after I curl them and apply. I’ve ordered twice now and will continue doing so. I swear I’ve tried every mascara out there from cheap to the most expensive over the years and ongoing, but this stuff IS IT! I was reading some of the other reviews and I will say I’ve never had a problem with flaking. I’ll put this on at 6 a.m. and if I fall asleep without taking it off, it’s still on in the morning. I wear about three coats of it. I do agree that it is really easy to remove – there’s no tugging, no pulling – I use the Marcelle eye makeup remover.

I love the lilting curl I get with this mascara. A little goes a long way and the brush is wonderful because it gives each lash a nice coat and defines. It also adds a nice amount of volume without the tarantula look. I like my makeup to look more natural but this could go in any direction depending on number of coats. Flaking is probably dependent on number of coats because when I go heavier I do notice a little but with one coat no issues. The retail price is reasonable for the quality.

I have a love/hate relationship with this mascara. I love the curved wand with rubbery “bristles” that actually grip your lashes as it applies the mascara. I love that this applies without clumping and looks like you have naturally beautiful and long lashes. I love how easily this is to remove with eye makeup remover. I love how the formula is not too wet and therefore doesn’t take long to dry. But I hate how this flakes throughout the day and leaves little black specks under my eyes. If it wasn’t for the flaking this would be a great mascara. The wand brush is way better than any other I’ve tried so I may just keep it and see if it will fit in other formulas I enjoy using. I’m not sure if I will buy it again, because the formula flaking was a complete letdown but I may give it another chance and see if I just got a dud.

What is really unique about this mascara is the wand. The bristles are longer on one side, which helps to lengthen, while the shorter bristles on the other side makes it easy to get to the roots of the lashes to lift them and give them a nice curl. The polymer bristles also do an amazing job at separating the lashes, so if you are not a fan of spider lashes and prefer well-defined lashes, this one is for you!

I recieved this mascara from my mom as she doesn’t use black mascaras. I thought cool I’ll give it a try, turns out I love it! My mascara of choice is usually Benefits Roller Lash because it curls my lashes really well while giving me the drama I like. Well this for me blew what Roller Lash did for me out of the water! It curls my lashes so easily and my sister even thought I had used false lashes. This is a great product that really works for me. It also doesn’t smudge, flake, or get dry. My lashes look smooth, curled, and very long. I have no problem removing this either. Micellar water works as does my face wash. I do not need to double cleanse so that’s a plus. I will buy this in full size as this has become my favorite mascara. So much so it might be the only one I need. I’m the type who layers different kinds but it’s not needed with the Marcelle. So Recommended!
