Got this in a travel size from Whole Foods’s beauty sale set. This smudged almost immediately under my eyes. Wholly unimpressed. I’ve liked the other items I’ve tried from Mineral Fusions (their lip balms particularly) but this is a big pass for me.

I didn’t expect much from this; the first time I tried it, I got it in the Whole Foods bag. It’s much better than the comparable natural mascara from Gabriel/Zuzu Luxe. I have smallish eyes and usually prefer a smaller brush, large ones are too hard to maneuver. But this one is perfect! I curl (Tweezerman 38) first, then apply from root to tip (wiggling), then brush through several times. I’ve always preferred mascaras that allow you to build slightly without waiting for the first coat to dry, and this one does that. Now, I don’t want huge panda/anime lashes; mine are decent but light. I want color with a reasonable volume and length; this one provides that….WITHOUT IRRITATION. The #1 qualification is not making my eyes feel weird and teary all day. And this doesn’t! One lippie off, as it will smear if provoked with oil or tears. Oh, and I use the Jet (black), but they do offer a true brown (Chestnut) for those who prefer that.

I bought this mascara as a natural alternative to my old mascara, and will definitely not be going back to it. This mascara is perfect, it adds volume to my lashes as promised and offers full disclosure of ingredients. Very impressed and would purchase again.

Picked this up in the color ‘jet’, you’ll have to read the colors because the colors are not denoted on the packaging. For example the one I have says jet (black) but the tube is silver and brown. The consistency and color was nice but it just wouldn’t build up it. It just became heavier and my lashes look almost invisible on the top because they are so weighed down. On the bright side, I had no problem with crumbling or running. It’s not bad just not meant for people with thinner lashes. Would suggest this for someone who has naturally thicker lashes and curl who is looking for a more natural mascara.

This is my new mascara!! I have oily lids, and am pretty sensitive, but no flaking, irritation, or raccoon eyes. Even with two coats on (easy to build because lashes stay so soft), my lashes feel soft. I am in my late 40s, so my lashes are getting thinner, but this makes my lashes look full.

I think this is the worst mascara I’ve ever used. Goes on in clumps. Smudges. Little bits fall in, and irritate, my eyes all day. Absolutely horrible.

I scored this lovely mascara in the whole foods beauty bag and am quite impressed! My eyes looked lovely, it held the curl, no flakes, and lasted all day.
My lashes looked amazing! Like natural but better. This isn’t the type of mascara that makes it look like you are wearing too much make up. This mascara creates a look that is wearable for all occasions. I think I just found my daily go to mascara!

This is my all-time favorite mascara. Doesn’t smudge and gives great volume and length. Price isn’t great but you can get a bargain usually on QVC. White tube is easy to find in a makeup bag or purse.

I’ve repurchased Mally mascara again and again. I love that I can layer without clumps.

I got this in my Allure beauty box and I was really excited because I’ve heard really good things about this. Unfortunately I was not impressed. It was pretty dry at 1st use and was pretty heavy on my eyes. It took a lot of effort to get up to what I’m used to. it turned out pretty clumpy too. At the end of the day my eyes were really watery and I could wait to get it off. I’ve used it for about a week and the wand comes out so clumpy and coated with thick goo now it’s almost impossible to use. I am not a fan and will not continue to use or repurchase. It is definitely not worth $20. If you want a similar but much less clumpy effect I recommend Covergirl Supersize, much cheaper and much less clumpy.

I received this as a sample in my Allure beauty box. I hate the way the mascara doesn’t glide out of the tube … there is a lot of resistance! It isn’t the worst formula ever but it certainly isn’t worth $20. I hate that my lashes feel so heavy at the end of the day. I don’t know if it is a specific ingredient or actual weight but my eyes are begging for me to remove this mascara at the end of the day. Lancome Hypnose is my holy grail mascara and I relearn this every single time I try a new mascara.

I was really really disappointed. This turned out to be the worst mascara experience for me. After reading many good reviews for this product I purchased on Ebay as its not available in Australia. It turned out I had the same experience as another reviewer below, kitkat187 in her QVC beware review/video.
The mascara was hard to get in and out of the tube, the formula was very wet and globby, creating a mess all over the tube and my eyelids, then producing tiny, spikey, clumpy lashes. No volume or length. There was nothing was good about this mascara at all. It may have been a defective tube but its so wrong that a brand would even sell a defective product anywhere. Waste of $$$- going into the trash.

I was looking for a mascara that doesn’t flake – this doesn’t flake, but rather it melts off and gives me raccoon eyes; didn’t even wear it when it was hot. It gives good length, bit of volume but it makes my lashes look spidery. I’m too lazy to return it and wouldn’t purchase it again.

edit- following advice from the blog ‘Maquillage Obscura’ (n/A), i began using a drop of Rimmel makeup remover dipped into a blob of this mascara, to make a fantastic black liquid liner! not every mascara is capable of doing this, she told me it depends on the formulation–and it turns out this mascara is perfect for use as a liner too!
I am sharing this tip for those whose eyes are too sensitive for most liquid liners! it lasts really well especially if you also dip your brush in a black shadow.

Amazing mascara! I have it in Jet (deep black) but it comes in several other colours too. It volumizes, it’s buildable, plus the formula is perfect to use as liquid eyeliner–which i try with most mascaras–this is the first one that works PERFECTLY for it–no flaking/smudging. No clumps.
Lashes soft/full looking, not crispy/spiky. Gives a similar look to maybelline Full n Soft, but the brush on this is far better IMO–that one kinda clumps lashes but this doesn’t, also the formula is ‘smoother’ and richer-feeling. Not only that NOT IRRITATING TO MY SENSITIVE EYES! amazing stuff! Instant HG!

I love this mascara!!! It is my absolute favorite. It doesn’t clump or look spidery. After it dries, it stay put. Beautiful product!

Smudged like crazy, feels very wet. However, i dip an eyeliner brush and line my eyes with it:) but as a mascara it makes me look miserable
