My first impression: Amazing. This mascara makes my lashes long, fluttery, curls them beautifully. It doesn’t flake or smudge. The black is intense. Does everything I expect from a good mascara.
But there’s one big con: it dried out SO FREAKING FAST! Like, in less than a month! And I don’t like dry mascaras. That’s why I won’t buy it again.
It was great while it lasted, but for that money I’d expect something more efficient.

This mascara has a wand I really like. It makes my lashes look amazing. Very dark, long, voluminous, curly, and the mascara nourishes the lashes as well. Gives best results when combined with the Givenchy lash primer.

I am always looking for a good mascara to replace my YSL. Loreal Lash Paradise waterproof is my new holy grail since it is comparable to YSL, just YSL wand is smaller. I was hopeful to try this Givenchy mascara.
The biggest CON is the fragrance. Why would Givenchy add fragrance to this mascara? It smells good, but really on a mascara?
I have very stubborn lashes. They go straight down. I have to heat my eyelash curler, then hold it for 1 minute. Then release, immediately apply eyeliner and quickly mascara to prevent them from falling.
I love the container it is gorgeous and solid feeling, but the wand I am struggling with. The wand puts on too much product on my lashes. I pulled the wand out an applied to my right eye, my lashes immediately started to droop. I tried to scrape off the product and applied to my left eyes, better, but the formula is heavy and my lashes started to droop, but only half way compared to my right eye.
What I do enjoy about this formula is that my lashes do look fuller, but they are not standing up like my Lash Paradise.
If you have beautiful full flashes that naturally curl upwards, you might love this mascara.
