I first bought this mascara after reading about it. It was well-written copy and I was curious is the product would live up to the promise of beautiful lashes. Because mascaras application varies by formula, I found a video about this cosmetic offering application tips, specifically letting layers dry before adding more product. It was here that I realized that this mascara is associated with the site Goop. And I was embarrassed for falling for the hype. Not being a fan of Goop I felt like a fool but tried the mascara non-the-less. I am humbled to say that this mascara is wonderful!!!!! It stays on without any issues of smearing or flaking, even on the BOTTOM lashes which is huge. As someone who does not set under eye concealer I did not think I would find a mascara that would not break down after being in contact with my concealer and eye cream left over from the night before. This mascara, as promised first creates a ton of volume. After letting dry, one can now work on lash length, stretching each hair up and to the full potential. They look uber, hyper natural which is many want is quite dramatic but really natural looking at the same time. The color, black is not to black, as black can look too cool and pop too much on my warm-tones skin. Because of this I am a fan of black/brown but very happy with the black of this mascara. I absolutely love this mascara as it only gets better with age, allowing me to fully empty the tube without needing to toss it early and I live in a very dry, unforgiving climate. I hope I can continue to but this mascara in the future. Typically I like tubing mascaras for the ease of removal, but Juice’s mascara removed just as easily with hot water. I can’t think of anything bad to say about this product. I was skeptical at first so for me to love it says a lot.

I would love this mascara if it didn’t ooze out of the container after I twist the lid closed. It makes a huge mess in my makeup bag and/or on my fingers. That being said, it doesn’t run down my face like other mascaras – if the packaging weren’t so annoying, I’d love this stuff. It’s really easy to wash off and is “natural” whatever that means, but I think it’s a plus!
