My absolute favourite mascara – gives me longer and fuller lashes than any other mascara I’ve tried. Surprisingly, the wand does actually curl my lashes which is great as I usually don’t have time to use a curler.
I’m surprised by the bad reviews on here, I guess the effect of mascara really varies depending on what your natural lashes are like. For example, I have quite long lashes to start with so prefer a big brush, whilst my mum’s are short and so she always opts for a smaller wand.

The WORST mascara I´ve ever used. Overfilled my lashes and it smudges like no other, an hour or two after applying it, you´ll probably find it all over your lower lid! And to imagine how smudgy and bad it is, when taking my makeup off, the rimmel ended up all over my face- this never happened before. God forbid you get caught in the rain with this mascara on :))))

This brush is so ridiculous. I get what it’s trying to do, and in theory it’s a good idea but it’s the most unwieldy brush I’ve ever worked with. Im left handed and this is impossible to do my right eye with. It gets everywhere. A way better Rimmel mascara is the Retro Glam formula. So many better mascaras out there!

I love rimmel, can’t get enough. This mascara is awesome. It always adds the perfect amount of curl to my lashes which are curled a little naturally and nothing else can add to the curl

I liked this mascara at one point but then realized it was very thick and wet. Its not a bad product by any means and I still use it from time to time but its not my go-to anymore. I prefer the Rimmel Scandel-eyes Retro Glam now, since it makes my lashes look full and long without being too wet.

I’ve never used Rimmel products before, and decided to try this after running out of my HG mascara (it was in my mom’s meds. cabinet). After learning to use the brush and make the best of it, the mascara was alright. It was clumpy, though. I had to use the small end of the brush to try and de-clump. However, I kind of like the way it looks on me and have been wearing it everyday. It is pretty average, and I would buy again.

Oh Scandaleyes Rockin’ Curves! How do I hate thee? Let me count the ways:
1. The product is overly wet, which not only clumps my lashes so that it looks like I have about 3 thick lashes, but it also seriously weighs them down. I can curl my lashes and apply one coat of this (after wiping off a ton of product from the brush) and actually watch my curl wilt.
2. The smudging! Wow this stuff is messy. I end up with product all over my eyelids, under my lashes, and at the corners every time, no matter how much I wipe off. This is probably partially because of…
3. The brush. The brush is huge. Not only is it longer than my eye is wide, it’s also very thick. It collects sooo much product and I feel like I’m wiping about 1/4 of the entire tube off each time I use it.
4. It also takes for………ev……er to dry. I’ve tested it and it took over 20 minutes to dry so that it wouldn’t get all over my face when I used my setting spray.
5. Don’t even think about layering. A. it takes ages to start to dry, and B. even when it has started drying, it doesn’t do well with more than one coat. Actually, it just doesn’t do well in any way.
6. Another thing about the brush: I hate the bristles. I’ve used a lot of different kinds of mascara wands with different kinds of bristles, but this one is awful. No matter how carefully I apply it, it stabs me repeatedly. It’s like the wand is actively trying to hurt me.
This is one of the worst mascaras I have ever wasted money on. I admit, I was drawn in by the weird looking tube (snakeskin seems to be a popular pattern for makeup lately) and brush because I hadn’t seen one shaped that way before. I think I knew in the back of my mind that I would seriously regret buying this, but I got it anyway because it was on sale. I had hoped that as it got a little older, it would dry out a bit and not be so messy. Boy was I wrong.
It’s the mascara that wouldn’t dry. If someone were to make a horror movie spoof about makeup, this would be the horrendous mascara star of the show.

I’ve never tried a Rimmel mascara before. This mascara is really cool. The wand is a little weird and large. But, the formula is great! Personally, I do like clumpy thick lashes. Does the trick for me (someone with thin short lashes). Plus, it’s really inexpensive; always a plus!

I was drawn to this masacra by the packageing and also I never tried a mascara with that kind of brush before.
However from it at the back of my head I kind of knew that it would make my eyelashes go all clumpy but still gave it a go…
and yeah was right all it does is just making them clumpy, sticking them together and that’s about it
