This comes with a blue primer and mascara. I have sparse, short, asian lashes. I have a hard time finding mascaras because I do not like them smudging on the bottom of my eyes after a couple of hours. This did not smudge or flake. My husband thought I had falsies on!! I did not have an issue with the blue primer drying quickly. In fact, I really liked that it lengthened and made my lashes fuller prior to applying the mascara. I have used the Lancome and Smashbox lash primer. I like this blue primer the same or even a little bit more. The price is a little high, but I would buy it again.

Sad to say, LORAC missed the mark on this one. Packaging is Professional, Nice and Heavy. This is dual ended, one side is a blue Primer and the other side is Black Mascara. This would be Excellent without the Primer part. Unfortunately the Primer dries so quickly that you cannot control and distribute the Mascara properly. It comes off clumpy and very Uneven and not easy to work with. The Mascara works great with out the Primer but because it is dual ended, it doesn’t have much product in it. I’d skip this one.
