I have used a few mascara waterproof top coats and this one was ok. Comes with a thin brush applicator, but when I apply this over my usual mascara, it picks up some my mascara as well. Also it shows up grey over my jet black mascara. And this is after I let my mascara dry on my lashes. When I wipe it off, the whole brush seperates from the wand, so I have to wipe down towards the cap to keep it all in one piece.
I prefer Hard Candy’s ‘fast and fabulous.’ That one comes in a bigger tube, dries clear, the applicator is a brushless rod, and it’s a dollar less.

It was amazing! I wanted a waterproof mascara that wouldn’t smudge in water, and I tried this proof it, swam for an hour and a half and it stuck like glue 🙂 definitely recommend this
