Does NOT curl lashes, it actually weighs them down. No volume, not very black, smudges so bad. Very very dry formula, like almost dried up. It was hard to get anything onto my lashes. I checked the batch code and it is a fresh tube manufactured only a few months before, so thats how it is. Expensive fail.

This product was so dry that I could not even get any of it to stick on my lashes. I brought it back to the store to see if I purchased was a tester by accident. However, after opening a few packages, I concluded that they were all just as dry. 18$ down the drain.

This mascara was a total mess on me. It’s a super-wet formula that doesn’t seem to dry. I sneezed 15 minutes after applying it, and it transferred all over my eyes. That’s crazy. It can be used by Tammy Faye Baker impersonators, but that’s about it. I have no idea how it received positive reviews.

At first I thought I would like this mascara. It glides on smoothly and makes my lashes longer, not amazing length but average for a drugstore mascara. But I’ve noticed after it “dries” it really doesn’t dry. About an hour or so after applying I accidentally touched my lashes and the mascara was sticky and rubbed off on my hands. It made my lashes stick together in one clump.
I tried it a couple more times and noticed the same problem. It rubs off and sticky, sappy mess. I sneezed and had mascara all over my face. I guess if you never touch your lashes after applying you might like this, but I won’t be repurchasing.

This mascara does exactly what I like in a mascara: it separates the eyebrows and lightly coats them – perfect for a enhancing the natural look of your eyelashes.
If you are looking for a huge change in volume or length, this is probably not for you.

This was the driest, most difficult to work with, terrible mascara I can remember buying in many years! Unfortunately, I got it at Target, and I don’t have my receipt. That’s what I get for buying a drugstore mascara from someplace other than Walgreens or CVS who would gladly trade it in for me:( I looked like I had seven lashes per eye and it transferred to the eyelid and below my lower lashline. Horrible fail, swoosh into the trashcan!!!! Maybelline mascaras never let me down but I wanted something from a more natural line.

They had this at Fred Meyer B1G1 free so I thought I might as well try it, this one sounded interesting. But I don’t like the brush shape it is horrible for bottom lashes and the corners of my eye. I don’t see any curl and it’s not very black. If you’re shooting for a natural look this could be the one for you, but if you want long lashes and volume stay away from this one!

This mascara is simply OK. I wanted something a bit nourishing that would add curl, and add a bit of length and volume.
The formula is gentle, and it feels waxier than some others I’ve tried (by Revlon, Jordana, Wet n Wild, NYC are ones I’ve bought the most lately). It applies well, with less flaking than others I’ve tried. It does give a bit of curl, but just a tiny bit. It does add a bit of length and volume, but I have to apply three or four coats (fortunately it doesn’t build in a clumpy manner) to get anything noticeable, and even then it’s not that high-impact.
One thing I don’t like about it is that while it feels subtle on the lashes (i.e., not crunchy) it comes off a little too easily. My eye was a little teary due to an allergy the other day and I went to the restroom and in the mirror I saw a good amount of mascara smeared below my lower lash line. If it had better staying power, I’d give it three stars, but due to how easily it dissolves from a mildly teary eye (not even crying, mind you!) it loses a point.
The jury’s still out as to whether the formula will nourish my lashes and make them grow a bit, but so far I like it as a natural-looking mascara. When I want something with more impact, however, or something where I don’t want to worry about raccoon eyes, I’ll pass on this and apply something from my stash of cheaper, but more lash-amplifying, mascaras.
