I’m quite disappointed with this stuff. It looks great when I first apply it, but it’s extremely crumbly and it ends up all over my face, including in my eyes.
It’s very black and volumizing, but it can easily get clumpy. Then the crumbles happen.
I’ve switched back to L’Oreal Butterfly Sculpt because it’s a better value and doesn’t irritate my eyes.
My eyes are not particularly sensitive and I don’t wear contacts, but the chunks of mascara that fall into my eyes really do burn.

This mascara is ok. It’s great for every day or a more natural look. I do get occasional flakes throughout the day and it ended up transferring a tiny bit below my eye. I noticed this towards the end of the day so it could have also been due to my under eye concealer. It takes me some effort to apply this mascara. It does not go on as smoothly as I prefer. I really have to work get nice fanned out separated lashes. It tends to make my lashes a bit spidery. It’s not horrid, but I like the feathery separated look. I will continue using it since it does an okay job, but it’s not something I plan on repurchasing.

I was surprised by how much I like this. I use Covergirl’s LashBlast Fusion mascara for my everyday natural look, especially for work. But when I want a little something more for weekends and special occasions this stuff is great. It’s not too unnatural, but still has that something extra. It’s a nice black, but it is pretty thick and wet so be careful with application. I’m usually pretty light handed with my mascaras as I think it prevents them from clumping so much. I find this builds up nicely with a minimal amount of clumping and it gives just enough volume and still adds length. I also haven’t had much of a problem with it flaking. Maybe a small flake once in a while, but most of the time it’s fine. It can be a little bit of a pain to take off though, so make sure you’ve got a good makeup remover handy.
I’m pretty sure I’ll be buying it again.
