I’ve tried a lot of mascaras in my life, like, a LOT of mascaras. This one is by far the worst mascara I’ve ever purchased. The application is very difficult, it clumps, won’t move around once it’s on the lash, the brush is way too big to get into the inner corner of the eyes, and it’s impossible to remove even with an oil-based remover. I wore this work on Friday, it took me 3 tries to remove it on Friday before heading to bed, and today (Sunday) I still have black residue around my eyes. What is this stuff made of…turpentine???? Anyway, not recommended at all. Maybelline needs to cut this one from its lineup or reformulate it.

Aw, kinda sad this doesn’t have more positive reviews. I actually really like this DS mascara. Love the fan effect and i love how soft it keeps my lashes.
the two cons for me are its really hard to remove and i’m not a fan of matte black packaging, so hard to keep clean.

Not a bad drugstore brand and formula. Found the brush hard to work with due to the skimpy, sparse, thin nature of my post-menopausal eyelashes. Need a thinner brush to not smudge product all over my eyelids. But I liked the formula and the price, didn’t clump as badly as many DS brands do.
