I have only started using this three weeks ago and since then I have noticed some improvements on my lashes. I have thin, short lashes and they have a natural curl at the corners but you couldn’t see them as they are so thin. I love that the applicator is like a mascara wand and it lets me get the product right into the roots of my lashes and the corners and it’s small enough that I am able to apply onto my lower lashes. Since using the lash booster I have noticed that my lashes look more fuller and a little longer with mascara and experienced minimal lash fall out when removing product off my eyes. I tend to apply at night before bed and sometimes I’d wake up in the morning to gunky eyes from the serum which is so far my only con. The price is pretty decent compared to other lash boost serums on the market so I am happy with it.

I’ve had this product for quite sometime. I just stopped using it. A few months ago I noticed my already short stick straight lashes getting shorter and more spare. So I started using this again, at night and in the morning before putting on any mascara. Within weeks I’ve noticed my lashes looking more lush and full. They are also soft to touch. I’ve read that people use this as a primer, which I find impossible, because my lashes wont’ hold a curl if I put this on. I usually apply it and let it dry before doing anything with my eyes. This is expensive for a lash treatment, but I find this does work as far as restoring lash health.

I’m really pleased with this product. I’ve been using it for several months now, and I have definitely noticed that I have fewer lashes falling out. A few places where my lashes were patchy have really filled in. It is subtle, my lashes don’t suddenly look like I’m wearing false lashes, but they have definitely filled out and seem healthier. I put it on at night and in the morning (when I remember) and haven’t had any problems with stinging or with it not working as a mascara base.

Have used this fr some time now and glad I lsitened to the reviews on here instead of the arrogant SA’s that are always at Shu counteres I go to. Years ago when I asked them about this don’t know for what reason they play it off as not being a lash treatment at all and say this isn’t good to use alone at night or conditiong benefits when I asked them about it. And even as a base they basically jsut tried to make it seem taht it is crap unless I ofcourse conveniently buy only Shu mascara to go along with it. A very stupid sales tactic on my their end, when if a customer is interested why in the world would you say that lol. Anyways ingoring them I finally got this as I had been looking for a night treatment for my lashes for a while. My eye creams seem to keep my lashes in good shape and I have pretty strong and full ones to begin with. However since I use mascara daily and remove gently with a cleansing oil I still feel using mascara my entire life will eventually weeken my lashes. HAve loved using this every night and loooove the tiny brush, sweeps over every last lash so quickly and really feel like th is si doing something good for me. Since I don’t ahve sparse lashes to begin with I can’t comment on whether it makes my lashes fuller (what an amazing bonus for those who need it though) but I feel this really helps in conditioing my lashes, rejuvinating, and making thems tronger while I sleep. I can’t say I use this often as a mascara base simply since I like a quick makeup routine in the morning and a base is just too many steps for me sometimes, however the few times I have used it I love it under my mascara as well. I like that it is clear thank god (so sick of all the primers I have tried in the past that are white and when they dry make you lashes feel like ciment and impossible to get mscara over smoothly) and leaves your lashes a little wet (never stiff, yet soft and conditioned) making mascara glide over effortlessly. I am really suprised there are not more lash treatments out there for pure strengthening and conditioing purposes that is, as I really wouldn’t ever spend $40 and up on those lash serums to grow lashes etc since I don’t need it and I don’t want to risk my lids staining. In that Shu Uuemura Lash Repair is on a level all it’s own and when I’m not as lazy definitely will be using this during the day as well as my night treatment, along with seeing if it does give more use to dried out mascaras. ALso for those who expect this to give their lashes some drmatic curl, come on now really. This does jsut about everything among being an amazing treatment and not just base, can’t expect it to do magic in reshaping your lashes as well lol, that is what a lash curler and good mascara are for. It is a very decent price, will last quite some time, and love the sleek modern white packaging. A staple in your beauty bag! 🙂

It stings a bit some times. Only sometimes… and when i do, I think I a) poked my eye with the bristle or b) had an infection.I don’t really use this as a base but usually I go over my lashes for like.. 3 minutes before i go to bed ’cause it’s so much fun… My lashes look thicker and a little longer… 22 dollars is a small price to pay for this.

This is supposed to be used to keep your lashes in good condition; to be used under mascara, or before mascara base, or alone at night. If I use it under a mascara base (I’m using the Shiseido one), it seems to make the base work less effectively, as opposed to using the base alone under mascara. BUT I noticed that if i am to use only this alone under my mascara, it makes application of the mascara so much more smoother and easier. the mascara sort of glides over my lashes. And a huge bonus: if towards the end of the life span of my mascara, you know, when it has already been 3 mths and the mascara is starting to get all clumpy and dry, if i am to use the Shu Lash Repair ONLY before applying the “dying” mascara, it makes the mascara all fresh and usable again! So I get to use my mascara till the end or when nothing comes out when I pull the wand out anyway!

The brush is surprisingly short and very soft. I love that it is clear and is a thin formula that glides on nicely and dries in about two minutes. Unlike other lash primers, it is not stiff or sticky and my lashes stay soft. I have found that this is best to apply before any other makeup, so it has time to thoroughly dry before I get to my eyes. This conditioner makes even my tough, budge-proof mascaras clean off easier at the end of the day, yet it does not interfere with mascara’s staying power. It does tend to make my lashes (which are already pretty straight) lose any curl, and the packaging says to curl after applying. Once the primer is completely dry it is safe to curl lashes, they won’t stick to the curler and yank out like other sticky lash primers. When using false lashes, I apply the false lashes first (when applying Lash Repair first, the falsies are more prone to fall off as they are adhering to the primer and not to the other lashes), once the glue is dry I apply this primer, once that is also dry I curl the lashes. Overall, I think the condition of my lashes has improved – which is what I had hoped for – and they even seem longer – which I didn’t expect but am very pleased about. I will buy this again.

Wow!!! I am absolutely in love with this mascara base! If I were to marry a beauty product it would definitely be this one. I’ve always been super lazy with my eyes and never really bothered to dress them up much save for one layer of basic black mascara. But since I have absolutely dead straight asian lashes, no mascara has ever really satisfied me or made my eyes pop out. I’m always envying girls on screen with big fluttery lashes and doe-eyes. So I never bothered with lash primer before (because I’m lazy) but I was interested in giving this one a try (the Shiseido one was unavailable). And I have to say….wow…At first when I pulled the white brush out of the white tube I couldn’t see any product on the brush and when I applied it to my eyelashes I couldn’t feel anything at all! Skeptically, I waited a few minutes for the product to “dry” before applying a coat of Maybelline Full n Soft and I was so surprised I almost fainted. I suddenly had big beautiful, LONG, THICK and CURLED lashes!!! My eyes looked so much bigger and brighter than before. I was really impressed. I also found the product very easy to remove later in the night with eye makeup remover. I’ve only used this product for one night so I can’t say much about lash conditioning properties but just the lash enhancing effect is enough for me. I’m so motivated now to making my eyes look pretty again. 😉

I started using this product in the beginning of December.
I’m not sure if its just a psychological thing, but I feel that my lashes are more stronger. I don’t have as many lashes falling out. In addition, I feel that they have grown a little longer. Like I said, it could be just me.
I use this every night. I step out of the hot shower, go to my room, do my usual face and body routine, then place a coat of this after I dress. I love how I can get my short lashes towards the inner corner of my eyes. I think sometimes when I coat it too close to my eyeball it stings it. Not like a your-eyes-will-turn-red-sting, but more like a sting to let you know that something is close to my eyeball. Other than that, it hasn’t irritated or cause discomfort to my eyes. (FYI- my eyes are very sensitive)
I bought this on sephora.com, apparently they dont sell it in stores. At least I haven’t found it in any stores I went to. For $22, I’m glad I gave this a chance.

edit: So it has been about 3 months. My lashes have been a lot strong. I still have my lashes that fall out every month, which is apparently normal. But overall, the appear to be fuller and much more stronger. I apply a coat on after showering. I put on makeup in the morning. I usually use CG LashBlash WP and everyone knows how difficult it is to remove. I have to admit, I tug on my lashes pretty hard when removing lashblast and no lashes fall out. My bottle lashes have been noticably longer. YAY ME!

I adore this product! I bought it because i just wanted to treat my lashes. I don’t have any real issues with mylashes. They are a decent length and pretty full but i wanted to make them healthier just because I use mascara every day. I was also told this would make a great base and boy was that sales rep right! sometimes when i’m only wearing foundation and nothing else i use this then curl my lashes (after it dries) and my lashes look great! I truly believe they have become fuller and longer while using this product day and night for the past 3-4 weeks. I love it!
