I’ve been on the hunt for a waterproof mascara that’s easy to get off since I just had laser eye surgery and don’t want to rub my eyes too hard for fear of a dislocated eye flap. I used to use Majolica Majorca’s mascaras but everyone knows they’re super difficult take off. Insert Kingdom’s Two-Step Mascara! Purchased this on AdamBeauty for about $16. The packaging was very easy to open. Each end of the mascara tube is well labeled with “Base” (pink end) and “Mascara” (black end). When you open the base end, it’s nice to see the mascara wand bristles are coated in some goopy thick white base coat. Rather, the base is actually clearish-milky looking and brushes onto the lashes very easily without clumping too much. I then applied the black mascara and wow! Talk about adding length to ones lashes! Really nice. Fibers didn’t fall into my eyes or onto my face which I liked. The only slight downside is that it isn’t as waterproof as compared to Majolica Majorca’s waterproof mascaras. I accidentally dropped eye drops over my lashes and I could see that my lashes had drooped slightly. Thus, the waterproof wasn’t as “waterproof” as could be. On the pro side, the mascara was veryyy easy to take off (compared to Majolica Majorca) so I’m really liking that!
