I LOVE this!! The brush is perfect to give definition and gives a nice everyday length and volume. It isn’t super dramatic but what I’ve started doing is dipping the amazing brush from this mascara into other more volumizing mascaras and then I get the best of worlds. The brush on this can make even clumpy mascara look fanned and fluffy. Everytime I veer from covergirl mascaras I come back. I can’t find another brand as good and as clump free. I think I just have to admit they are my favorite I just wish they had a formula that was volumizing with a brush like clump crusher or this one. Their volumizing mascaras have terrible brushes.

I bought this just wanting to try something else other than clump crusher as my base mascara (I use a least 2-3 at a time).
It did nothing the Clump Crusher couldn’t do. Its nothing new. The difference is that my tube of Clump Crusher lasts longer. That is it. Due to that small difference I won’t repurchase this.

*EDIT: I’ve started to use this as a primer before using another mascara and it works wonderfully by separating my lashes and really fanning them out. It also keeps my second mascara on without budging!
This mascara is great at defining the lashes but does not do much in terms of volume or length. It hasn’t smudged or flaked either. I have a love/hate feeling about the brush because it does an excellent job at separating the lashes because of how fine the bristles are but the bristles are very stiff with zero flexibility and are literally pointed spikes. It is very possible to poke your eyes with the brush and it WILL hurt. It even hurt when I accidentally poked my eyelid.

AIIEEE! AWFUL! It went on well and looked good. About an hour later I had a bout of coughing and teared up. If my tears were makeup remover, they couldn’t have made this mascara run more. It was all on my face. Really. Nothing left on the lashes. I have never seen anything like it befor—and could never even have imagined it. So thankful it was a test run at home!

I love orange tube Lash Blast and have bought it more times than I can count over the years. I do like to try new things though, so when this came out I wanted to see if it worked for me. Sadly it did not.
The plastic wand is rather stiff and reminds me of the pink Lash Bloom – it seems just as pokey. This worked decently for definition but not volume. I found that it caused some sensitivity to my eyes while I wore it. I’m not sure if it was a fruit enzyme (I don’t think it was as I imagine there is little to none substantial amounts in the actual product).
The product color was fine, I used Blackest Black. I will go back to my orange tube.
