This is one of the worst mascaras i have ever tried. I honestly love mascara and am always on the search for the perfect one. This was thick and clumpy (like as thick as Nutella in the tube) plus the wand has the most un useable shape, like a peanut, fat on both ends and skinny in the center. All of my lashes were pretty much glued into 3 lashes when I used this. Yes, I did try to thin it out with saline, but that didn’t even help. It’s been tossed.

Pros – stays in place (slept with it on, didn’t budge), lengthening, great for lower lashes
Cons – wand is awkward, easy to make spider lashes, not the blackest of the black
Edit – after the tube started to dry out a bit it became AMAZING. Lashes look long but never clumpy, and this mascara could stay on in a hurricane. If you get it just keep the lid open overnight and it’ll be amazing.
Also, I have long, thin, light lashes which easily hold a curl. I use a Revlon eyelash curler most days.

This is a great dupe for Too Faced Better than sex mascara, adds a lot of volume and a good formula.

This made my eye so itchy. Also ended up smearing all over under my eyes from constantly looking down at my desk.

I got this as a birthday present and it’s one of my favorite mascaras!
It makes my eyelashes long and curly and keeps well through the day. I also used it during Theater and stays nicely even with the heat of the spotlights.
I really like its brush too, because it combs my eyelashes really well and gives me a neat and natural look.
I think it’s cheap for the quality you get.
Would definitely buy again.

I found a tube of the water resistant formula on clearance at my grocery store. My lashes are short an aren’t curly.
This mascara says it will layer easily and yes it does. The hourglass natural bristle brush is kind of thick but easy to use. At first I felt like it wasn’t going through my lashes but it separated well. I applied two coats easily, no smearing, and went out. I had nice length and volume similar to Maybellines’s Big eyes and Rimmel Extra Super Lash.
Four hours later I went home an I thought, “My lashes are really soft I’m gong to put another coat on.”
Then, the magic happened… My lashes seemed to grow in length and fullness without any clumping, totally dramatic. . I left this on another three hours with no flaking and my curl stayed.
I’ve had my tube for a month and the formula is as good as new. It removed with my face wash easily.
Two days later I looked for more at CVS and Walgreens, but nothing. I finally found it at Target and bought three. Walmart has it also. I don’t know if this is being d/c but, If you find it try it!

I have found THE ONE for my mascara!!!
A little background on different ones I have tried ………I started put with Too Faced Cosmetics mascara called Better Than Sex Mascara (3 sample sizes and one full size)
Then I switched to Benefit cosmetics They’re Real Mascara (3 different purchases of this one ). Became my favorite for awhile. Though I usually used a coat of the TF better than sex to fill out.
I also tried some by Loreal (2 coat system) and Maybelline that I took back after 2 or 3 uses.
I found I needed water resistant or water proof so I don’t get smudges under my eyes from. I tried several (including TF water proof better than sex mascara ).
Then I tried the water resistant by cover girl called flamed out. This is like using the benefit cosmetics They’re Real and TF better than sex without needing the eye lash comb or worry of any clumps or smudges! I have found THE ONE for my mascara!!! I wore it for my surgery. Even with them taping my eyes closed, etc. It still looked great the day after surgery in the hospital. The nurses asked what kind of mascara and I told them. So, if you are looking for a mascara to try…I highly recommend cover girl’s Flamed Out!

really surprised at how much i liked this!!
i have only been using mascara with the little nubbly rubber wands for years now. this is the first time in ages i’ve gone back to the old school bristle type wand. HOWEVER… the shape of this one is completely unique and really does work. it helps fan your lashes out to either side, and really works to separate them.
this formula builds very easily and sticks to lashes well, much better than the big orange tube CoverGirl i had been using for several years before. much better volume with this one. the only thing that’s not quite as good is staying power. the orange tube CG would literally last two days if i didn’t take it off. this one is always a bit smudged the next morning if i leave it on. lasts throughout the day, though, which is good enough for me!

I tried it in brown and thats all it does is color your lashes brown. No volume. No length. No nothing. Just brown mascara in an annoying designed tube..

I wasn’t really a fan of this one. It gave my super fine lashes a decent amount of volume and length. However, the problem was that it flakes/smudges like crazy. I always had raccoon eyes by the end of the day. It wasn’t so bad that I immediately gave up on it but I wouldn’t buy it again.
