This was okay. It was my first clean beauty mascara purchase and it isn’t TERRIBLE by any means. It just didn’t accomplish what I hoped it would for my lashes. It’s very natural, doesn’t add much volume or drama and it flaked a bit on me. I prefer my Ilia Limitless mascara!

It’s a sweet little mascara. Not one for major voluminous impact. The brush is simple with spaced out bristles. First time I was able to apply mascara to my lower lashes with barely a smudge. My lashes are curled and sparse and short, so I need volume but love length. This didn’t really deliver on either, but I love the brush so I’ll definitely use it on other brands.

I’m experimenting with all natural mascaras and tried this one first. I love the wand and how the mascara applies to give length and build as wanted. My lashes look fantastic except by the end of the day there is definite smudging and wilted mascara under my eyes so I will probably not repurchase as there are so many well rated all natural cruelty free mascaras to try. I will continue to finish out this tube because on an everyday basis it’s okay for me.

One of my fav mascaras. Makes my lashes look looooong! Lots of length, not so much volume but great definition & separation. I have had a few people asking me if they are my real lashes when I wear this product which I don’t recall has happened to me wearing another mascara. I have long but stick straight lashes and this holds the curl and I can’t say that about all mascaras Yes you have to layer on multiple coats to get some drama but I always start at the tips so not to make the base to heavy to hold the curl. My only negative is that it stings should it get in your eyes (like when cleansing or if your eyes water due to tears or if it’s windy outdoors). Will definitately repurchase.

Really wanted to love this. Pros: Great brush shape, natural ingredients Cons: STINGS my eyes when removing, smudges a lot during the day. Trying to use it up rather than waste my money but I’m afraid this one is headed to the trash and I’m going back to my Tarte Gifted mascara.

I really like this mascara. It doesn’t flake off or smudge or transfer under my eyes during the day. The wand is a little unusual, and it helps separate my lashes so they don’t look clumpy. I got this in blue, and the blue is somewhat subtle; only someone who is with you close up would probably notice the color. The formula doesn’t clump. Before trying this mascara, I used the Couleur Caramel blue mascara, and I like the W3ll People better.

Nice silver sleek tube. slim wand brush .
Very natural look, hard to get much onto lashes, but it doesnt get gunky or clumpy. More about subtle definition than dramatic length or volume
Not incredibly long lasting
Rare natural mascara

I really liked this mascara at first because it isn’t so subtle I can’t even see it’s there. I have since repurchased and it’s not bad but not without it faults.
I have the brown and it is a very, very dark brown – almost black.
It does smudge. I can see it if I’m looking for it but nowhere near as bad as Dr.Hauschka for example. It doesn’t flake off easily but flakes are not nonexistent. They are not enough to be a problem though. When I don’t wear undereye concealer (i use rms that’s set with powder) it smudges considerably less, if at all.
I have long lashes to begin with and this gives me the effect I’m going for, added volume and length. I can see a difference with/without even with just one coat – and then you can build it up.
It’s pretty waterproof too. I got caught in the rain with water leaking down my face but the mascara was still there when I got home. Consequently, it is the devil to remove even with two rounds of coconut oil – which is why I will be looking for a replacement. I’m losing lashes from scrubbing it off in the evenings and even had a semi-bald spot which has never happened to me before.
The brush is okay, it deposits the right amount of product without crazy clumping etc, and without getting product all over. I am a messy mascara user and with this one there is minimal cleanup after.
A note on smell, since apparently some mascaras are so heavily scented you can smell them all day (looking at you, 100% pure cacao mascara). I hate scented products and am often unable to use products that otherwise perform well due to heavy fragrance. This has a light smell of honey that fades. I wasn’t crazy about it at first but once the tube was out I found myself missing it.
Next up for me is trying the Hynt beauty Nocturne mascara.
Updating to add: I repurchased this. It performs well but I sort of prefer the Hynt beauty. If applied one on each eye (Hynt on one, WP on one) there isn’t really a visible difference in look. Hynt seems to smudge more, WP flakes more. WP is easier to apply than Hynt. WP has a non-cancer risk ingredient list if you run both through ewg.org.

A good everyday mascara…best of the naturals I’ve tried so far. By itself it’s so so, but tightlining the upper waterline really nicely, curling lashes & then a few coats of this, next level for me! Just wish it gave my lashes more oomph on its own. Washes off easily & doesn’t flake for me though. Tarte’s Lights Camera Lashes still my go to.

This is truly the worst mascara I have ever used. It claims to give big, bold, fluffy eyelashes with a highly pigmented, nourishing formula. And it has a high-tech rubber brush with a cascading shape that is supposed to get every lash, even teeny tiny ones. I found that the mascara brush tiny bristles and cascading shape made it difficult to coat all my lashes. Or maybe it was the crummy formula that does not add any length or volume. All this did was darken my lashes. This mascara also removed itself before the end of the day giving me raccoon eyes. A natural mascara that I totally adore is Pacifica Stellar Gaze Length & Strength mascara.
