I often wonder why MUA reviews are better representing the true performance of product then the reviews on other sites. Perhaps, because no one gets any bonuses for writing it here, it is what it is.
I wish I read reviews before I bought it. As everyone says, it isn’t clumpy, it gives volume and length, but it flakes like crazy.
The first week I had quite a decent experience with it, it gave me reasonably good lashes, and then it went downhill started flaking within an hour, landing under my lids in a strong wind and causing serious eye irritation.
This mascara dries very fast in a tube, the drier the formula gets the flakier it is. It is my second Butter London mascara and surely it is the last one.

This flakes like crazy! I only put it on top lanes to test. One hour after I put this on I looked in the mirror and my under eyes were full of flakes, not just few, full wow, never seen this happen. And it didn’t look good either, trashed!

Got this in boxycharm and it is very wet. It looks amazing when you put it on but within 30 minutes it was flaking off. Later in the day you couldn’t tell I had any mascara on. I would not purchase, and his would not even be a backup for me …

Got this in my March 2018 Boxycharm, and am underwhelmed. The brush was nothing special and I found the formula too clumpy for my preference. My Boxycharm insert says it retails for $20 – I don’t think it’s worth it, and I’m not afraid to spend a lot for an awesome mascara (it’s my greatest makeup necessity). I also found the packaging to be too chunky.

I got this in March 2018 boxycharm no complaints except it’s not WP. It gives my lashes decent Vol, curl, & length. I reckon it’s expensive—I would not repurchase because I only buy WP mascaras. But it gives nice & glam of an effect. I always thought butter was into making nailpolishes exclusivity did not know they made mascara.

I came to review this mascara and there wasn’t an entry for it yet…normally i’m too lazy to create the product but this mascara is worth it..makes my lashes look long, dark and thick. Not clumpy at all….super impressed with this stuff!!
