Definitely one of the worst mascaras I’ve ever tried. Just purchased this yesterday, and I plan to return it to Ulta ASAP. It left black fall-out under my eyes at the end of the day, and it didn’t even make my lashes look good. Any drugstore mascara can provide what this provides for WAY less than $20!

This mascara does a great job of adding volume to my lashes. They appear very “plumped” and lush and the mascara goes on pretty well without turning into clump city. Minimal flaking off as the day wears on. Rich black color and I can layer it for a more dramatic effect if I desire.

I got this with the Lorac Royal Full Face Collection. When I first used it I didn’t really care for it because I was a little confused by the brush. But after using it for a while now I really like this mascara! I usually scrape the inner curve of the wand on the edge of the bottle when I take it out which helps prevent too much product from building up on the brush there. I have quite long lashes, but they’re not very thick. This mascara really plays up the natural length of my lashes and also helps fill them in. I’ve never worn false eyelashes but with this mascara I really don’t need to! I have used Too Faced Better than Sex mascara and also the Smashbox Full Exposure mascaras and I prefer the Lorac to either of these brands.
I use the inner curve of the brush to apply to my upper lashes and the side of the brush to do my lower lashes. Once I got used to the weird shaped brush I’ve found that it’s actually easier to get into the inside and outside corners as well as the lower lash line by using different areas of the brush. I always get mascara on my face when I try to get the little lashes on the inside corners with a straight brush, but I don’t with this one.
