This is my first product ever bought from the Sephora line. I wasn`t sure what to expect, but basically I was in a situation where I had a stockpile of Lancome Hypnose and Urban Decay Perversion stockpiled at home, and no mascara with me on my 4 day trip to Singapore. I didn`t want to spend a lot of money, so I picked this up. What do I look for in a mascara? The snob in me wants it all: a dark black, volume and length with separation. And of course, no flakes! I have a good set of lashes, and I never curl them. This mascara checks all my boxes for the upper lashes. Truly a great purchase for the price of 17 Singapore dollars. On the bottom lashes however, it smudges like nobody`s business. Now, this could also be something personal: I have very oily lids and my eyes tend to water at the slightest irritation, so no mascara ever lasts well on my lower lashes. I tend to use the Japanese DUP Volume mascara on the lower lashes, because out of everything I have tried, this one has lasted the best there. Overall, I am impressed and would repurchase. I especially love the light, flexible wand that can reach into the inner corners.
