   I absolutely love Scott Barnes and have been following his career from the beginning (I remember the release of Body Bling and the J-LO Scandal …. yes I am showing my age now, LOL.) Months ago I heard about his new Complete Pro Series brush set coming out and have been watching his youtube videos on each brush over and over and stalking his website to see if the brushes were finally available as I awaited for my email from the company alerting me to their in-stock availability which they finally were a few days ago …. I was so excited that I had them shipped overnight and they finally arrived yesterday!!!!!!! I have been obsessed with my new brush set for the past two days and love my brush set …. they are so worth it. I have used everything from the most priciest of brushes to drugstore brands and the Scott Barnes Pro Series is my favorite …. I have used each brush with the exception of the foundation brush (sorry I just received the new silicone Super Sponge and have been obsessed with that as well,) however, the remaining 9 Scott Barnes brushes are perfection ….) they are high quality brushes which make my makeup go on flawlessly. Some of the brushes are unique in shape and work perfectly. Here is a perfect example of why I love these brushes … I own Natasha Denona’s Biba palette (my favorite eyeshadow palette) and a few of the shadows are not as smooth and I really need to blend to make look smooth and non-blotchy, however, with my Scott Barnes brushes, I do not have the issue ….. each application goes on smooth and flawless …… my powder blush also looks seamless …… my eyeshadow went on perfect and I did not even have to blend!!!! Even my highlighter which can look “textury” if I don’t use a light hand or use too much, blended like a dream …. I kept using the fan brush and reapplying my powder highlighter a few times and it looked natural even when continuing to build it up. Scott Barnes’ Pro Series brushes are my favorite ever!!!!!!! I want to order a second set, so I always have these brushes readily available when my brushes are drying on wash day …. LOL. LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!!

   E.T.A. I had previously mentioned that a few of the brushes are unique in shape and I wanted to add how much I appreciate the design. The contour brush is awesome at picking up the right amount of powder contour and gives me a clean application and I love the Eye Fan brush which is great at applying all over eyeshadow as well as the Eye Winger brush which is wonderful for contouring the corner of my eye. I have issues with a lot of brushes as I have small deep set eyes (the running joke my whole life from my mother still is that I am not her child and was adopted from an Asian Family ….. my family is just jealous that I have unique eyes and not the big Italian meatball eyes they all have) however with these uniquely shaped brushes they fit just right …. a lot of brushes are too big for my eyes and I have to blend away the excess or clean up the corners, however, the Eye Fan and Eye Winger brushes work perfectly due to their shape and I get a clean application every time I use them.
