   I do like this brush enough to keep it in my small collection of everyday brushes.

   It is fluffy and picks up my Nars Capri highlighter and Laura Mercier Baked Highlighter just fine. I can see why some people might dislike this because it doesn’t give that precise application but rather a more dispersed look to the highlight.

   I used to use Real Techniques setting brush but it doesn’t pick up enough pigment for highlighters that arnt powdery. The A23 isn’t synthetic so it grabs the pigment and apply it in a way where it isn’t so harsh or give you that streak of highlight look. It, again, disperses the highlight and give that wash of glow.

   I wouldn’t suggest this if you want precise highlighting but it is good for highlighting powders that are pressed harder or a Gelee type of formula.

   Mine has not shed much, maybe one or two hairs after I washed it. It isn’t an alarming amount. I find this brush to also have a funky smell to it. I dont mind it too much to return it. I do enjoy using it because it makes highlighting very easy.

   I wish it was a little smaller though. I wish it wasn’t so fluffy. But then again I do like how it picks up just the right amount of product. I can look pass the cons.

   I bought this brush because everyone on YouTube would use this to highlight. I started using it and I liked it because it applied highlighter well but after a few washes the bristles became frayed and were shedding like crazy. Now if I try and apply highlight with it the stray bristles push the product all over my face, in places that I don’t want. Besides all that the bristles aren’t the softest. They feel very rough against my skin. I’ve now started using this for body highlight instead. I’d recommend the real techniques setting brush for highlight because the bristles keep their shape and it doesn’t shed.

   I bought this brush of the hype and I was so disappointed.

   Price was about $25, Price doesn’t always justify quality, so the numbers didn’t affect my opinion on this product.

   The biggest disappointment that I had was that it shed like crazy >_<. I found that the bristles were so flimsy that if I applied highlighter to my face, it would get everywhere. Even though I purchased this brush, I found myself still reaching for my Sigma small tapered highlighting brush, which is has become my fave highlighting brush. Ended up returning the Anastasia brush. I love the Anastasia brow products and eye shadows but sadly, this didn't work for me.
