I just got this brush last week. It’s expensive but worth every penny. I have to say this is really good foundation brush that I’ve ever had. It applies both liquid and creamy foundation so well on face, leaves no streaks, and it does its job perfectly in a short time. I can’t believe such traditional foundation brush can be so amazing. I’ve already try this brush with Estee Lauder stay in place 15HR foundation, Revlon photoready makeup , RMK creamy foundation, they all blend easily and evenly. Coverage is up to how you use it. Anyway, I love this brush!

BLOWS SIGMA F80 OUT OF THE WATER. This is all I can ask for in a brush. This is amazing.

I bought this brush as an alternative to my Sephora pro domed stipple brush. I tried the Sephora brand paddle-style foundation brush first-that one streaked and just gave kind of a “meh” finish. This brush is a *lot* better. I tested it with Tarte’s full coverage cream foundation, Benefit’s Hello Flawless foundation, Smashbox’s Liquid Halo, and Loreal’s True Match. It seems to do better with liquid foundation than with cream foundation, although I can get good results using a brushing motion for initial application followed by a tapping/patting motion (which results in fairly heavy coverage). I generally prefer to use my stipple brush for overall lighter coverage, then use this brush to apply more foundation in areas of redness or the KvD Tattoo concealer over the irregular dark areas of my face :(. I am only giving this 4 stars because although I really like it, I haven’t tried enough paddle style brushes that I feel like I really know what a 5 star paddle brush is.

If you’re looking for a stand alone brush for all-over full coverage, this is not it. This tool is meant to be paired with an arsenal of other face brushes.
The 108 can be great when used with something like the MUFE 152. While this spreads without streaking, the 152 can buff.
I wish I had known about the drying time before purchasing. After a full wash, this requires AT LEAST 48 hours to dry. I suppose that’s similar to other true artist tools that are as dense.
The MUFE handle is beautiful. The weight is great and you understand the price once you hold it. But overall, it’s a pain in the a** to incorporate often.

To be fair, I had no idea this brush was intended for foundation. I was just on a NARS Ita dupe search when I stumbled across this brush in Sephora. Holy crap is this thing perfect for contouring. It is so soft, applies color precisely, and blends out well all with the same brush. I can even apply very dark contour colors to my pale skin and have them look soft and natural with the 108. I’ve used this daily for several months and wouldn’t trade it even for the NARS Ita now.
Pros:
* perfect for contouring
* so very soft
* durable (though regular washing and spot cleaning)
* applies and blends color evenly
* super pretty
* easy to use (fits in the hand well; easy to switch between thin and broad edge)
Cons:
* a little expensive
* needs full washing more often than other brushes

I don’t know what persuaded me to suddenly decide that I wanted to buy this brush, but I got carried away during the 20% off sale at Sephora.
Its very soft at first, once you wash them, that initial texture doesn’t come back – it becomes stiffer and the bristles somehow stick together.
As a result, applying foundation always somewhat feels like using a wet brush.
I don’t like it because it soaks up alot of foundation.. its very hard to layer with this brush. my skin never gets to look flawless with this brush no matter how much product I use.. because it just doesn’t build the foundation up.
it doesn’t leave streaks, but it almost feels like its scraping off the foundations that have been applied..
I wish I can return this brush ..

I’ve been searching all over the town for this! I ended up buying it online and paying %70 more than its actual price but hey, it’s totally worth it!
This is a flat, synthetic, BIG foundation brush. Well, not the biggest face brush out there but still bigger than that of MAC’s and INGLOT’s. It’s also a bit thicker. This is a replacement for the former MUFE brush 35N.
It feels AMAZING on skin and makes applying foundation so easy and enjoyable. Causes less streaking than my previous foundation brush (INGLOT one). There’s no shedding so far,synthetic fiber brushes don’t usually shed. No bleeding either.
I gave it 3 lippies for packaging because, as a general problem with pro brush packaging, it comes inside a cheap plastic bag. They could put a cardboard inside the bag to prevent any possible bending of the bristles (know what i mean?). MAC packaging is worse though, at least this one has a cover! *rolls eyes*
