I got this for a Christmas present, I love all my bushes 🙂 it’s just as good as my zodaca makeup brushes and my Mary Kay brushes

Worst brush set ever. They break easily, they shed like crazy, they’re scratchy, and the “flawless face brush” is DYED! The dye comes out when washed, which is disgusting. It’s really bright red underneath, but the color they dyed it is brown, so it looks like you’re getting dirt, oil, and makeup out of it when you wash it. So, no, I would NEVER buy this brush set again, nor recommend them. I’m done with ELF brushes. They’re beyond cheap, they’re the worst quality brushes I’ve ever had – and I’ve had some really cheap brushes.

I bought one set for myself, and one for my boyfriend’s little sister. This brush set has most of the essentials you need, and rounds out the rest of the ELF brush collections really well. If you can get all of the brush sets, they will really compliment each other, but if not, spend $22 dollars and get the $10, 10 pcs collection & the $12, 12 pcs collection. Just hurry and get them before they’re gone!
They do have a strong chemical smell when you first get them, but I cleaned them before using them and it went away. They’re about the same quality as the $1 professional brushes from ELF, just different brushes than that line. There are some similar ones, but there aren’t a lot of duplicates due to at least minor changes.
Overall, excellent buy. Even if you only use a few of the brushes, you could easily pay $10 for one of these brushes from another company.
ETA: These are by no means professional brushes. These are good to use on yourself, and maybe occassionally other people, but regular washing and using is going to make them break faster. ELF brushes tend to break between the brush & the ferrule.. cheap glue perhaps?
