I would give this more stars if I could. I have been having so much trouble with allergies on my right hand. I tried everything. I used natural products, cortisone cream, my old stand bys like Kiehls and The Body Shop Hemp. Nothing worked! I have had this for almost two weeks and it has made my problem much much better. I have to use it a few times a day, but it really gets rid of the itchy patches on my skin and is very soothing. I did buy the tin, so I can carry it everywhere. I like the smell, I never understand why people buy things before smelling! That is what testers are for 😉 If you wash your hands a lot and have sensitive skin, this is the best thing for you! And it is pretty darn cute as well! I am going to buy a back up in case I run out. I even bought a friend one, and she loves it as well! But do try and smell before you buy!

Tiny hands is a hand cream bar. Love traveling with this (store in a body butter tin), use for hands on the go and in a pinch I used it as my moisturizer. heartier than a massage bar.

I love his stuff!! I suffer from dermatitis and get very rough dry hands. I bought this and personally loved the smell as I like strong smells, it is very floral and I don’t normally like floral smells but I do like this one. It goes on greasy but melts in fast and leaves a lovely glowing sheen to your hands, it has made mine look a lot healthier even after the first use. I would definitely recommend to people with dry hands. A little goes a long way, I can see it is going to last me a good few months, and at the rate of how fast I go through hand cream that is great for me. In my opinion well worth he £4.50!
Only downfall is that you have to spend £2.99 on a tin to put it in which I found annoying, I personally think you should get one with it for free.

This was just….ok. It does moisturize, but only short term….like right after you’ve used it. When the greasiness is gone the moisturized feeling is too. Doesn’t penetrate. The scent is pretty bad also. Doesn’t stink, just really unpleasant….headache inducing. It’s great that lush created a hand moisturizer without parabens but I hope they create a hand ” cream” without parabens. As for this solid, your better off just using a massage bar.

This product works well to moisturize my dry, cracked hands. It lasts through multiple handwashings and a little goes a very long way. It seems to last forever, too.
The only downside? The smell is unpleasant and way too strong. I’d buy it again if it didn’t smell so bad. I’ll admit I prefer vanilla scented items to floral but this is pretty bad.
Lush’s packaging is always disappointing. I don’t mind purchasing a reusable tin to hold my bar but the tins don’t fit everything (the Lush I was in didn’t have any in stock anyway).

LOVE this little massage bar for the hands.
At first I thought it was way too pricey for the amount of product, but after using it for awhile I realized a teeny tiny bit goes a long way and works a real treat on my very dry hands, elbows, and shins. It does go on slightly greasy but sinks in after awhile so I don’t find it inconvenient to use.
I’m one of those people that loves the feel of solid cocoa butter but always finds the oily carob-like smell nauseating. Tiny Hands is not only de-odorized so it doesn’t have that smell, but also contains a light sweet-floral perfume that smells great (to me) yet doesn’t interfere with any fragrance I’m wearing.
In colder environments it can harden up and take awhile to soften, but I find the process of slowly warming it in my hands to soften and release the oils rather therapeutic and relaxing.

This was quite a pleasant floral surprise to someone usually in dislike of floral. This can probably be attributed to the fact that the marigold scent is not exactly marigold. I know the times claimed vanilla as the addition, but I detect a very strong musk. Some of my other LUSH products unfortunately absorbed the strong scent when stored together with Tiny Hands, so I now keep my solid lotion in my drawers to make all my clothes smell yummy. If you keep this little beauty away from heat, it will last well worth your money.
Tiny hands is a great product for those of you in cooler climates with a tendency to get dry/Scylla-like skin. You have to be careful on storage-you may just discover a hot mess in your car.
At first application the scent is very heady and possibly offputting for you sensitive guys and dolls, but after melting into skin the greasy oils are textured out with the lovely talc and you get smooth and beautifully moisturized-not greasy-hands. Oily skinned girls do not despair, the talc is great for any overactive apocrine glands without clogging suffocated pores on your legs.

Went into Lush the other day to buy a gift for my sister-in-law, and bought one of these for myself. I’ve always been a huge fan of Lush’s solid moisturizers (both their body butters and their massage bars) for after-shower smoothing, so I was very curious about how I’d get on with this. My fingers and cuticles were looking nightmarish at the time from all of the acetone I use for frequent manicures, and regular hand creams just weren’t doing much for me. I was hoping that Tiny Hands would do the trick for me, and so far, it’s risen to the challenge admirably.
Tiny hands is a small hand shaped bar made of cocoa and shea butters, argan oil, aloe vera and talc. To use it, just hold it between your palms and then rub your hands together for a couple of seconds. Almost immediately the bar will soften and you’ll get the perfect amount of product on your hands. As someone who frequently over squeezes my tubes of hand cream, I love how easy it is to use solid products to get exactly what you need. There’s so little waste! Anyway, once melted, the product consistency is very reminiscent of cuticle butter. It’s greasy, but sinks in more quickly than you’d think it would. Not as fast as most lotions, but not so slow you’re limited to only using this before bed or under gloves either. The talc in the product leaves a lovely smooth, velvety feel once everything’s been rubbed in.
After using this twice a day for two weeks, my incredibly chapped hands look so much better. The cracked and callused cuticles on my thumbs are nearly completely healed. I’m pretty impressed with its performance, and am pleased to see how little I’ve used of it. The bar hasn’t shrunk much since I bought it, which makes this $8 product seem like a pretty good value (particularly by LUSH standards). It looks like it could last you for months.
Now on to my few complaints. First and foremost, this bar is intensely scented. If you like the smell, aren’t sensitive to fragrance and wear no other perfume, this won’t be a problem, but I hate hate hate the way it smells. I like a good scented product as much as the next gal, but this product’s fragrance is way too potent. It will blow you away as soon as you open up whatever container you use, and it lingers for a long time. Lush describes the smell as marigolds and vanilla, but I can really only smell the marigolds. My first thought sniffing it was that it smelled “like allergies.” Even though it didn’t make me sneeze, it just made me think of pollen and burning sinuses. I’m not a fan of floral scents in general, but this one I truly hate. It’s souring me on a product that I otherwise like very much.
My other complaint is that this product lacks packaging. I get that Lush’s shtick is to be green by using as little packaging as possible, but a soft, melty product of this type requires a container or else it’s not portable. It’s like selling a lump of lip balm without a jar or tube to put it in. They do sell tins for this purpose of course, but it’s obnoxious to pay an extra $4 for necessary packaging, For the prices they charge, I wish the tins were included. They could always offer a discount to people who bring in their own to use if they want to encourage recycling.
Would I buy this product again? I’m on the fence about it. If it were unscented, less scented or had a different scent, my answer would undoubtedly be yes. But as is every time I use it I find myself wondering it I could DIY my own version of Tiny Hands so that I wouldn’t have to deal with the smell of the real one anymore. That kind of thinking doesn’t leave me eager to repurchase. I’ll definitely keep using it and *might* consider buying it again if my hands were ever in deep need of intensive care again, but only if I couldn’t find anything else I like better first.
