   I am suffering from damaged skin barrier with sever dryness on the surface of the skin. When i wear clothe i get itchy patches and made me so depressed. I used nivea / aveeno / bodyshop / paula’s Choice / clarins etc body creams but it only helped a little and sometimes clogged my skin.

   i first hesitated to use this Because of the price tag and the amount of the product. however, i wanted to try the red algae and hyaluronic acid gel for hydration, so i decided to give it a try. Thankfully it worked well on my skin. It calmed the flakes and improved the hydration on the surface level without greasiness or blocking hair follicles. My itchiness has subsided and i could sleep well.

   ** if you have malassezia folliculitis may be watch out. Most polysorbate 20, 40, 60, 80 (stearic acid, lauri. Acid…), ceramide, fatty acids, coconut oil and high concentrate of glycerin(above 5%) are not good for malassezia folliculitis. This product has polysorbate 80 (= oleic acid = potassium sorbate) and low amount of glycerin, so it might affect those who has folliculitis problems. I have mild malassezia folliculitis and this product was ok, but If you feel itchy and bumps coming up then do not use it.

   I looooove this stuff! The key to hyaluronic acid serum/ gels it’s to layer them with a moisturizer, oil, cream etc to seal in the water. I was using the Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid B5 serum, and while I liked it a lot, this is giving me even nicer results. I can even put it on my lips and eyelids! Fun tip, put a bit on your lips, let it dry down a bit, and then pop a gloss or balm on top. Et voilà! No more lip lines and plumped up lips!

   Does nothing to moisturize my hands effectively. Feels a bit like a hand sanitizer going on so yes it does absorb easily as it feels like a gel but your hands look and feel the same afterwards.

   Love the pump bottle. Perfectly designed so it’s too bad the product isn’t so good. Will DEFINITELY not repurchase.

   UPDATE: Deciem has updated the formula and I used it twice and got a skin rash all over my body. Goosebumps-like red little pimples. All over!
   The company changes ingredients from one batch to another and it’s in a constant search for cheaper manufacturers to maintain the low cost of its products. I have a reactive skin and I can’t afford to buy inconsistent products.

   Beauty products often stay on top of my skin or peel off, but not this one. The Hyaluronic Concentrate has a gel to water consistency and it’s easily absorbed. It takes about 3 minutes to set and stop being sticky. Right after I can easily put my skinniest jeans on without any issues.
   If I use it alone it does nothing. Literally nothing.
   But when I follow up with a cream it’s magical. I apply Hyaluronic Concentrate first and without letting it dry follow with a moisturizer (I use the same Trader’s Joe enriched antioxidant face moisturizer for my face and my body). Trader Joe’s cream alone doesn’t do much for my body either, but the combination gives me a baby soft skin for two days! Amazing!
   I find that application time for Hyaluronic Concentrate is at least half less compared with any other body product I’ve used. Cream on top of spreads way faster than on the un-prepped body. So this two-step body routine actually does not take me more time than just applying a regular body lotion.
   The bottle comes with a screwed lid and a separate pump. The pump design is awesome, I wish other companies do the same. The product dispenses straight downwards. Very convenient. Love the fact that it’s scentless!
   The tube lasted me for 3 months.
   I recently went to a dermatologist and she was very curious what body products do I use that my skin looks that amazing.
   One lipstick off for the fact that I can’t use it alone. Will buy it again and again, love it!
