Leaves a pink tint on the skin (I have a relatively middle of the range skin tone, and it still left a tint on my skin), feels waxy and hard to wash off. It seemed to absorb better on my drier regions – so perhaps the trick is to only use it where you are very dry. I like the Snow Fairy scent in lotion form as it evolves into a deeper, skin sort of musk rather than the cloying fluff it can be.
I respect Lush making solid products where they can, but this is a miss for me. Get the lighter potted version of the Snow Fairy BC – Lush, at least in the UK, operates a closed loop recycling system (meaning if you return your 5 black pots for a free fresh mask, the pots get sent back to the manufacturing facility, sanitised, broken down and formed into new black pots)

This has been absolute favorite scent out of anything since Snow Fairy first came out. I look forward to Christmas just to stock up on this. The scent is sweet like cotton candy and stays well on the skin.
I wanted to love this one but I just don’t. It feels so heavy and waxy on the skin. When it rinses away your skin is left greasy feeling. While the waxy feel is left there after rinsing the scent is completely gone. I had high hopes for this but it kinda sucks.
This is a holy grail product line for me though and I will continue to use some of the other products just because I love the scent so much.

This is my first ever solid body conditioner from Lush.
I grabbed this because the scent of Snow Fairy is so loved by the Lush community. The sales assistant also told me that the solid product would be a better bang for my buck. However, after giving this a go, I don’t think I am a fan of the scent. But because the smell is subtle once you’re out of the shower, I don’t mind it so much.
I would recommend this to anyone who suffers from terribly dry skin, just like I do. You will feel thoroughly moisturised throughout the whole day and this is one of the rare moisturisers that does last the whole day on my problem areas (ankle, leg). With other body lotions, I would have to moisturise my ankles several times a day in order to prevent them from turning ashy. It can leave a sticky feeling at first, that I know not everyone enjoys. But once you’re dried down, it is the best feelings in the world! Because it does what it sets out to do! You will also see small specks of glitter on your skin for the first few uses. It is unnoticeable though.
I just wouldn’t purchase Snow Fairy again for the smell but considering how good of a body conditioner this is, I would definitely recommend the other scents that Lush has to offer.
Edit: This will leave a coat of grease on your bathtub.
