I found this on the clearance shelf at a local big box retailer. I have used Shea Moisture products for several year and am always looking forward to trying something new. This cream is fantastic! It absorbs into the skin quickly and left my skin feeling moisturized for quite a while (I have extremely dry skin). It is definitely is fragrance free, which can be nice. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!

I’ve tried a few Shea Moisture lotions over the years and never been happy with them. They always smell fantastic, but never, ever sink into my skin; they always leave a very glycerin-y slick that is just not pleasant. Anyway, because I never learn I of course grabbed this lotion when I saw it marked down 60%. Worst case scenario I have two sisters who have dry skin and love Shea Moisture and would have been inheriting it from me. It never got to that because miracle of miracles it sunk in! My dry skin loved it! And it is actually fragrance free! I was really surprised because cocoa butter is pretty high up on the ingredients list, but it honestly doesn’t smell like anything, not even that weird chemically scent you can get w/ less natural fragrance free products.

I purchased this lotion on a whim as I found a clearance priced bottle at a local retailer. I figured if it was mediocre, I would just use it as a foot cream. As it turns out, this body lotion is one of the best I have ever used.
It is truly fragrance-free. After reviewing the ingredient list, I was expecting it to possibly not absorb quickly and maybe remain greasy on the skin; however, it absorbs extremely well and does not leave me greasy at all. I know the manufacturer calls it a lotion but it acts like a luxury cream. Although it is very thick and rich, I have not had an issue dispensing product out of the pump. I prefer pumps because the quantity can be metered out and the product remains more sanitary than body butter tubs. I like that you can twist the pump a quarter to the left and it clicks into a locked position so that if the top if the pump gets bumped, lotion will not accidentally squeeze out. This lotion is so moisturizing and I can use very few pumps to apply to my entire body. I apply the lotion after patting my skin dry once exiting the shower. My skin feels moisturized and protected up until the next shower. I also have noticed my hands don’t feel as dry and remain soft even after repeated hand washings.
I feel so confident in this lotion that I recommended it to my mom who has unbelievably sensitive skin and she LOVES it, too!
I’m even more of a fan since it’s cruelty-free, certified organic, natural and fair trade ingredients. Needless to say, I purchased several back-ups as I do not want to be without it.

This is a nice body lotion that is fragrance free. This contains shea butter as the second ingredient. It absorbs easily into the skin and does not leave a greasy film. Effectively adds moisture and softens my skin. I like that you get a generous amount ( 16 oz in a pump bottle) for the price. Overall, a good value for a fragrance free, natural-based product for those with sensitive skin. For my dry skin though, I prefer La Roche Posay Lipikar AP+.
