   Pros: super moisturizing, good for winter skin, simple and all natural ingredients.

   Cons: smells kinda gross, occasionally causes me small breakout.

   I believe it’s the coconut oil that clogs pores. I still use it during the winter because my skin gets so dry and this is one of the only things that really helps. I got it as part of a beauty subscription box, but I don’t think I would buy this at full price. Overall a decent product but the acne is a deal breaker.

   It certainly moisturizes but also causes me to have very painful deep zits. Ouch!

   STINKS -oh, the bad smell. The product works great (why it gets more than 1 lippy), but I cannot get past the scent. I usually go for very natural oils and creams, herbal and earthy. This just stinks. Got it on sale at Target, so price was just okay, and it is in an clear glass jar, would be better in amber or blue glass. …..But the smell, eww….

   First of all…yes, it’s expensive. Yes, it’s made of very basic ingredients. But it totally works.

   I have chronically dry, eczema-prone skin, and I am always on the hunt for natural products to keep my skin moisturized. I love coconut oil and use it on my face and body, but it just doesn’t give me long-lasting moisture. I face tends to feel tight and dry about 30 mins after applying coconut oil. SW Basics’ cream is really great. It’s long lasting, feels so comfortable on my skin. and doesn’t irritate me at all. I love this, despite the price tag.

   HG! I’ve recently tried a few different face moisturizers… they worked reasonably well, but I always had a few stray zits. I have very sensitive skin and got periorificial dermatitis last time I used a moisturizer with SPF. I’ve been using this cream for a few weeks now, and have no zits, and skin smoother than it’s been in years. A tiny bit goes a long way, even on extremely dry skin. Face and Body foundation applied over it with no issues. This is love.

   I wish the larger jar had a cap similar to the mini version, which is so much easier to open with its ridged cap.

   The price is making me think about making my own, but for now, I’ve got a big jar to last me quite a while.

   I have a highly sensitive nose, and find the scent to be barely-there and pleasant. The three ingredients blended together make a very faint smell like sweet licorice. I think the reviewer who complained of a bad, persistent smell must have gotten a bad batch.

   This cream is great for moisturizing but has a very low melting point. Beware if you intend on brining this on vacation to a hot area. I like how it blends easily into the skin and moisturizes well without being sticky or greasy. The best part of this product is the ingredients list, which does not have any extra filler ingredients. This product is a bit expensive for what it contains, which is why I recommend waiting for a sale before purchasing.

   This is a great product for my dry, sensitive skin. It contains only 3 ingredients, so there is minimal risk of aggravating the skin. It’s pretty good value, at $34 for 3.75 oz. You could probably try to DIY this cream, but I doubt it would be as lovely and creamy. I like the unscented smell of shea butter. The packaging is cute, but I take a mark off because the label says: “when it comes to dry skin, this bad boy don’t play”. Call me old-fashioned, but I value the use of proper English.

   * Update: The coconut oil in this product tends to cause some clog pores over time.
