It’s very unlike me to rate Weleda products this low, but this body lotion really doesn’t do it for me. I love the scent – geranium, ylang ylang and mimosa. And for a very light body lotion it’s ok, say on my arms and shoulders, upper body generally. But I really need something richer for my legs, especially after shaving, and especially in winter! There are far better Weleda lotions and oils than this one. Odd too because Weleda describes this as a very rich skin cream. It is not.

I used to use this lotion, I am not using it anymore because now there is the Buckthorn Body Lotion wich I prefer.I don’t like the scent of this lotion that much.It is just not my type of scent.I like fruity smells.
I have a very dry skin and this worked perfectly for me.I always used this bodylotion directly after I had taken a shower while my skin was still warm and a little wet.I don’t know if the other viewer used it that way.I recommend to use it that way, because only then it will be very moisturizing.
I think Weleda body lotions are the best.I tried a lot of different body lotions and no other lotions besides these of Weleda moiturized my dry skin well enough.The body oils are even better for a dry skin.

This is a pretty decent moisturiser. It has a very nice texture, and is easily absorbed. I like the scent; mimosa, geranium and ylang ylang, not normally the kind of scent I go for, but this is very subtle. It was not quite moisturising enough for me, but I have very dry skin. It is good value for money, and worth checking out if you’re a fan of weleda.
