As someone who likes scented products, even I had trouble handling how heavily scented this hand cream is. While the fragrance is described as orchid and peony, I’d say it’s more along the lines of a 1980s oriental floral perfume (very in your face and sort of dated).
The size of the tube is good for slipping inside your handbag but I felt incredibly self conscious every time I applied this cream in public as people would comment on the fragrance. So that pretty much negates the convenience factor.
As for performance and texture, the cream itself is reasonably moisturising and the texture is neither overly thick nor too lotiony. It does the job of moisturising dry hands, although if you have extremely dry and/or cracked hands, this wouldn’t be enough. I find it absorbs well and doesn’t leave my hands with a greasy film. However, the scent really lingers and for me, that’s a deal breaker. I won’t rebuy.
