If I had to use only one product for the rest of my life, it would be this one. It’s the most perfect multitasker, as I not only use this as a body butter but also a face cream / eye cream. What? A face cream? I know!!!! One time I went on a business trip and forgot to bring my face cream with me, decided to take the dangerous adventure of using this on my face at night.. and woke up with such great skin. This is a fantastic face cream. Of course, I don’t use it on a daily basis, but I will sometimes use only this on lazy days or if I am travelling and want to minimize my luggage. It’s super moisturizing (great for wintertime), does not break me out, moisturizing enough for my eye area, sits well under makeup. The texture is quite dense and rich, so when I want to thin it out I just mix it with a little bit of toner (which I often do in the summertime). I don’t particularly love the smell because it’s personally too strong and lingering for me, but it’s tolerable. I also love applying this on my hands, lips, cuticles, feet, you name it. This is a wonderful body butter that now comes packaged in a tube. It smells more chocolatey than some cocoa butter products, I really like the scent. Not overwhelming! It absorbs quickly and doesn’t have a tacky after-feel. I just wish they mad it in body wash as well!!

Smells awful, I’m not sure if I got a bad one or what but it smells like old dusty shea butter and plastic, I really hate the scent. Luckily it fades quickly so I don’t have to live with it for long. This is a very thick cream, it moisturizes well and even leaves my dry crusty elbows soft and smooth.
edit – I just can’t deal with the scent there are too many lotions out there that are as good but smell much better. Would not repurchase.

I was looking for a body cream that I could use on the face. I wanted to love this because of the ingredients, price & size – but it doesn’t really absorb, kind of sits on the surface of facial skin, BUT when used on the body, it’s great. I almost gave 2 stars because it doesn’t work for the face, but then thought it is marketed for the body, so I should assess it according to it’s intended use. Hence the 5 stars

DAMN. Another rare gem. I agree with other reviewers, this butter is phenomenal. It is that uncommon (these days) blend of only nourishing ingredients, perfect moisturizing, non-greasy, make your skin really and truly soft as a baby’s butt.
It seems to me that poor marketing strategy never allowed this brand to take off the way it should have, because finding these butters is difficult.
The butter itself is the closest thing to perfection I’ve ever found. BUT, the fragrances are limited to three (none of which are totally appealing to me) and the tub is small. The price is sort of exorbitant for the amount you get. These are BIG minuses!
But still, I would buy this if I could always find it readily, because of its the highest quality butter and/or moisturizer ive ever found!

Love the smell of this body butter!
The ingredients are great, it really helps to keep my skin moisturized and smooth. If you’re looking for a natural body lotion without silicons and what not you should definitely pick this one up 🙂

I bought this on a whim during a quest to find the perfect moisturizer for my sensitive skin. So glad I gave it a try. It smells wonderful without being overpowering or cloying. I use this all over – hands, arms, legs, feet, nose, ears… everywhere. I don’t find it too heavy and it doesn’t leave a residue or film on my skin like a lot of moisturizers. It comes in a tub and I’m pretty ambivalent about that – at least with a tub I know that I’ll be able to get every last bit of this out! Even my husband uses this for his hands when they get dry.
