CeraVe Intensive Stretch Mark Cream is one of the products I’ve been impressed with in this line. Like the other CeraVe products, it has skin-friendly ingredients like ceramides and niacinamide. It also contains an extensive array of plant oils and shea butter which are super for hydrating skin. I didn’t use this for stretch marks, but rather as a daily lotion for dry skin on my body. It performed extremely well, and I appreciated its lack of fragrance and skin repairing properties. I also tried it on face and neck, which was a bit less successful for me due to the hyaluronic acid content, which causes irritation on my face.
The product is white in color, thick and creamy, spreads easily over skin, absorbs to a non-greasy finish, and provides long-lasting moisture. The tube is on the small side (5 oz), so per ounce cost is more than lotions marketed for daily use. Overall, I would gladly repurchase if it were easier to find in stores (I had to mail order it). But to be honest, I think the name is just that. I question the claim that it works on stretch marks because it is basically just a really great body cream that may not provide any additional benefit than a cheaper alternative. It would be great if CeraVe would repackage this as a daily cream for a more affordable price.

I do not use this for stretch marks. I doubt it would do much for them anyway. It does work as a great night moisturizer tho. I have combo sensitive skin. I’m 27 with some fine lines making there presence known. This leaves my skin looking plump and hydrated. I adore it. The ingredient list is super impressive and good for the skin. Awesome drugstore find!
Pros:
Fragrance free
Non irritating
Great anti aging ingredients
Packaging protects those good ingredients
Provides a nice amount of moisture
Affordable
Good for the face and body
Cons:
One small complaint is that this does feel a little heavy on the face. Nothing too bad but it’s there.
Overall, give this one a try. It performs as good as my more expensive skincare.

I was using Strivectin SD on my stretch marks for a few months, before I switched over to this product. The strivectin had lightened the marks a bit at first, but then stopped working and I hadn’t had any further results for weeks. Slowly but surely, Cerave has lightened the stretch marks a lot more and they are barely visible now! Not only is this product cheaper than Strivectin, you also get a LOT more product for the price and the results are amazing! I also agree with previous reviewers that it makes your skin feel very smooth, soft and supple, so will continue using on other areas as well. Highly recommend this product.

I’ve been using this product as a neck cream for the past 6 months. It’s not marketed for this area specifically, but based on the ingredients, I thought it would help. It took a few months, but the area on my neck is looking firmer and more resilient. I use it on my chest and the backs of my hands also. I’ve been okay with using it on a few spot areas on my face, but it does contain a few ingredients that may cause acne, so I haven’t tried it on my whole face. I’m going to start using it on my arms and legs to see if it will improve some crepe-y areas. You can find it online for about $10. Prices vary wildly with this one, so I’d shop around for the best price.

I love this stuff. Like the previous reviewer, I can not actually speak to its quality or efficacy as a stretch mark cream as I use it as facial moisturizer, as well, but for this purpose I really love what it does.
I have skin that leans more towards the dry side of things and I found this product while searching for a night cream that would help alleviate some of the morning dehydration and dullness I had been noticing as of late. I tried a billion different things and this has by far been my favorite. Initially a lot of it’s appeal, after reading an intriguing beautypedia review, was in that I could grab it at the store, however I could only ever find it on the shelves at ulta and even they were a hit or miss on if it was in stock. So I went back to trying other things for a while but ultimately just started ordering this online. A four pack for 32 bucks ain’t bad for the best night cream I’ve found so far.
I do have to say that in order to really wake up with the suppleness I’m after in the mornings I like to apply this a second time sometime overnight. I don’t make a point of it, if I’m asleep I’m not setting an alarm or anything, but if I get up for a drink of water or to use the restroom I’ll go ahead and put another layer on before i lie back down and it really gives me the texture and moisture I’m looking for to set me up right the next day!
If you’ve ever used a stretch mark cream you can probably guess at the texture of this. Pretty thick but it soaks in. It’s also fragrance free.
And in the land of night creams that do anything positive, lets be real, this stuff is a bargain!

I have been using this on my face, so I cannot comment on how it performs on stretch marks.
I bought this on clearance for $10, which is why I tried it. I have never used a stretch mark cream before; I was expecting a very emollient product to use at night, and to mix my Retin-A with. I was surprised that this product, although a cream, isn’t heavy at all; it absorbs pretty fast into my combo/oily skin, leaving a clean, almost matte finish behind. I use it under my eyes as well.
I found this to be a very good moisturizer that keeps my skin soft and not all at greasy, but I think someone with dry skin might prefer something richer/heavier. I am not sure it has really done anything outstanding though…I have been using this for a month, and while I have no problems in terms of breakouts or burning to report, I am not seeing any HG potential in this. My skin looks good – I am watching for any changes in the texture, lines, firmness or some sun damage showing up on my cheeks, but haven’t really seen any yet.
Again, it is a good, effective facial moisturizer, but I likely won’t repurchase, especially not at the regular price of around $30 CDN. FYI: my box came with a $3 coupon on the inside.
