One of my fave hand lotions. Moisturizes, soothes and lasts longer than most, Price is okay considering you don’t need much and it lasts awhile even for a frequent hand washer like myself. Nicely scented too, but does not overpower.

First off, this has a very strong medicated/menthol scent. Very pungent. However, fortunately that strong scent does not linger. Second, I just do not get the buzz about this. For me it did not work any better than an average hand lotion. It does absorb into the skin just fine, not greasy feeling or anything. But for me this is very average at best and I kind of just can’t get past that very strong scent when initially applied.
Jack Black products seem to be very hit or miss for us (me and my S/O), and this one is a miss for both of us.

I was very disappointed in this product after reading many great reviews of it. It is a good hand cream, but it’s certainly not the holy Grail some have made it out to be. I find that my fingers are still cracking in the winter dryness, and I have to reapply this almost as often as any other lotion. I was pleased to find that the menthol smell dissipates quickly, so if that’s keeping you from buying it, don’t let it stop you.
At $15 for a pretty small tube, this is way too expensive for what it does. If you are a man who basically has never used anything but Jergens, this is probably a revelation, but for a hand-lotion junkie like me it wasn’t all it was cracked up to be.

This is a good hand lotion, but it has a strong menthol scent that I could live without. I prefer Eucerin Intensive Repair Hand Creme which is my HG because its easy to find in any drugstore/grocery/target/walmart and half the price of the Black Jack.

I’ve tried a million different hand creams, but this has to be the most moisturizing one I have ever used! Wow! It feels awesome, and not too greasy, and as usual with Jack Black products the price isn’t bad either!

This is the best hand cream. I’ve tried Clinique, Burts Bees. cheap drugstore hand creams and so on. No other products can beat it. this is a non greasy hand cream, fast absorbing, and moisturize your skin really well. I used to have dry, cracked, bleeding hand and cuticle, especially during cold weather. I’ve tried most of drugstore and dept store hand cream, nothing can moisturize my hand and cuticle. for me, this is my HG hand cream. there’s one thing that I don’t like though. the scent is quite disgusting. it has a herbal, grassy scent. It smells like a grass on a mud during a rainy day. I wish they change the fragrance.

I actually received this as a sample from sephora, I really wanted to like this as it does a fine job at moisturizing rough spots but I could not get over the overbearing scent of either menthol or something else. A huge gripe of mine with a product like a lotion is that is should at least have a pleasant, soft smell like verbena or lavender or better yet be unscented, either of these would greatly improve the product, unfortunately because I find this scent so not appealing I have to give it 2 lippies, that alone would reduce it to a single lippy for me but it does appear to moisturize fairly well and has a nice creamy consistency, and for someone else who isn’t so bothered by the scent it might be a great product for you, but I will not be buying a full size

This hand cream is amazing! Absorb quickly and yet moisturizing. It lasts so long. Even after you wash your hands with soap, your hands are still soft and smooth. I don’t mind the price as long as it works well. Love it!

This stuff is a life saver. I bought it from ebeauty.ca for $15, which is less than some hand creams I’ve tried so it’s worth it in my opinion. I think if you don’t have dry hands there are probably other cheaper creams you can use, but I get really dry hands that can have eczema flare ups when they get wet. This stuff works really well at protecting my hands when they absolutely have to get wet (showering, washing etc) which keeps the dryness in check

My boyfriend is obsessed with this stuff! He works with his hands using tools, chemicals, etc. at work, so his hands get very rough and callused. This stuff makes his hands super smooth! (I sneak some too)
Our only complaint is that it is a bit pricey.
