This stuff is amazing. It makes the best lip balm! If you look at the price of tiny lip balms, this is a bargain.
I not only use it on my lips but cuticles and hands, neck and extra dry spots. A little goes a long way.

I have recently been on a Josie Maran binge and I bought this in the Vanilla Apricot scent.
The scent is very mild (which is great because I dislike strong smelling products) but unfortunately I do not find the scent to be the most pleasant. I am not sure why everyone seems to be raving about this product. I find it very average. It seems very oily and doesn’t really sink into my skin. The tin is so cute though.
Overall, I would say this is below average for me. Not repurchase worthy.

I bought this product in the trio of mini sizes that can be had at Sephora. You get a plain un scented one, warm vanilla, and orange blossom, 1 oz of each for $30 usd. I keep one in my bag, one in my nightstand and one in the bathroom, and all look almost new; a little goes a super long way. This is the kind of product you would use instead of Vaseline- it’s got a thick waxy texture but it will melt on contact with skin. I’m a big fan of balm products because I have uber-dry patches on my cheeks and forehead, and am a lip balm junkie. So I get double duty out of this item. It works pretty well at softening and requires infrequent refreshing. Argan oil isn’t a miracle product for me (and let me tell you oils are used in my home; I alternate between Argan, almond, coconut, maracuja, kukui, baobab, sea buckthorn, and others, and that’s not counting the oils I’ll put on my hair…olive, sunflower, avocado, etc) I have personally not found Argan to be so much more amazing than many other oils, but it IS a good product and what they say about oil fighting oil IS true. So oily ladies need not avoid this product; only if you happen to be sensitive to Argan in particular. It doesn’t break me out and I’m pretty sensitive to new products. The travel sizes come in sturdy, tasteful metal tins and the lids are threaded…they screw on, meaning it’s hard for it to just come loose in your bag (plus lots of people have trouble with the kind you just pull on and off). The travel tins are definitely worth your time. If you don’t care for it, give the other two as gifts…people would be thrilled to get Josie Maran as a gift, and use the leftover one on your heels or something. I would repurchase this….IF I ever run out…lasts forever. I actually probably would NOT buy the full size because the portability of these is more my style, but that’s no knock on the full size product.

Perfect perfect perfect. LOVE. My lips are in the best condition ever. This is super as eye cream, and wonderful for dry spots, itches, bug bites, etc. I have this is Warm Vanilla and Regular and I’d buy it by the pound if it were available that way. This is an incredibly good concoction and I’ve turned everyone I know onto it!

I admit to not being big on argan oil, not that I thought it was a bunch of hype, I just had a preference for maracuja. Last month my skin on my face became very dry all the way around my mouth and onto my chin, it was flaky and tight and no amount of Aquaphor, almond oil, Vaseline, facial moisturizer, or cocoa butter was helping the situation. This does tend to occur in the colder drier months here in the north east, but I didn’t understand what was going on when I hadn’t changed anything about my face care routine and it was so early in the year and even the texture of the skin on my chin became rough.
I stopped into Sephora desperate for some kind of moisturizing balm. I was a tad bit reluctant to pay the price for this and wasn’t too keen on the idea of a citrus scent. But caved because I could barely laugh without my skin turning crackly white on my face. I applied it immediately and within an hour the tightness subsided. Within two days, my skin was repaired, and the texture had returned to normal. I will never ever be without this stuff! I keep one on my vanity table and one in my purse to apply as needed, even over my makeup. I use it after toning, before moisturizer, and also prefer this on my lips compared to other lip balm’s, like those by EOS which I feel never sink in. This is pure gold in a little tin!!

I bought this in both the large tin and the travel size tin. The large is 4.6 oz. The travel is nice to have in your purse for lips, cuticles, hair taming, etc. My small size is a bit gritty, but if you smooth it between your fingers it melts. Not sure, if before I got that one, if it either got heated in the mail truck, or mail box. My large tin is smooth, yet firm, you just run the top of your nails across and collect some balm on top and then use. It’s not as moisturizing on the lips as my Paula’s Choice lip balm, but it is just as versatile and there’s more of it to use all over.

Miles and Miles better than lush’s Ultra Balm that one is so gritty. I’ve tried a lot of other products like this, my search went on and on, I finally found this at Sephora. I picked it up and I love it! It’s very thick, rich and oily. I use it all over my FACE. It eventually sinks in unlike vaseline. This is a natural alternative to vaseline. Not to mention this is amazing. If you are in-between this and the Josie Infinity Oil keep in mind while they are both amazing. This is much thicker (but once applied thins out) and this has more Argan oil in it that the infinity oil has. Also while yes this is more money up front, the josie infinity oil per ounce is more money.

Oh how I love thee…ok, too dramatic I know but this product is amazing! I received a sample size awhile back from when I ordered some argan oil from JM’s site. This sample sized turned out to be 1 oz, which is pretty big considering you only need a little to get the job done.
I am a sucker for hydrating products as well as faithful user of argan oil. When I 1st received this, I wasn’t sure what to do with it. I went to QVC.com and checked out this product there and low and behold there was a video on it. Josie showed how you literally just stick your finger in the center and push the product around to ” loosen” it from its solid form. Once rubbed between your hands it emulsifies.
I have used this on my feet, on my cuticles, on my face even and the residual product that is left on my hands, I run it through my hair. I feel and look hydrated, my skin is soft, my hair is shiny ( not greasy). I’ve even used this on my lips as a moisturizer. I love that this argan balm is in a compact form ,so virtually no mess. I love to keep a can of this in my purse.
This product does deeply hydrate dry skin all the while sinking into the skin not just sitting on top. I eventually ran out of my sample size and happen to watching QVC, when they had 2 full size balms in yummy scents for less than $50 for both. This was a steal considering this f/s product retails in the $40’s for 1. I placed my order for auto delivery as I don’t ever want to be without!
Love, love, love this product…hope she comes out with diff scents soon. For those of you that are scent sensitive, the original is scentless so no worries…give it a try!

This is my first product with argan oil and I love it. It comes in a big tin with a screw on lid. It is solid to creamy depending on room temperature. It absorbs well after a few minutes and doesn’t feel greasy. I use it morning and night for my hands, nails and cuticles, and feet. In the winter I’m sure that I will love it on my face as well, but in the summer it is a bit too heavy for that unless you have extremely dry skin. I love the packaging although it is too large to lug around in my purse. It would be nice if it could come in a travel size as well. I will definitely re-purchase. It is expensive ($42 at Sephora) but worth it, IMO

Love this. It’s like a thick paste (hence the “balm”). I put it all over my face at night and I swear the lines look reduced in the morning. I use it on my cuticles, heels, elbows, lips… I mix a tiny bit with powder eyeshadow for my winter-dry eyelids. It seems expensive but a little goes a long way. I like that it’s unscented.
