I picked this up at the beginning of Summer and it sat in the bathroom closet until now. This was one of those impulse buys at Sally Beauty Supply for me, they had a little display by the register, and I think this was 99-cents, or definitely ridiculously inexpensive. The packaging to me just looked cheap and I did not have really any hope for this and almost tossed it, as I seem to always be disappointed in the ‘cheapies’ from Sally’s… BUT..I ended up trying it, and was pretty pleased!!
This comes in a little tub-type container, about the size of those lip balms that come in little tub containers. The one I got is little, it contains 17.5g/0.62oz. So, this is a little bugger. Looks travel-sized.
A little dab with do ya with this. I used less than the size of a pea and it was more than enough for both of my heels. I use a dab and rub between my fingertips to warm it up/soften it so it smooths right on. I apply this at night and my terribly dry heels are completely vanished by morning, it felt like I had been to a spa and had a pedicure! I was thinking it might be a temporary softening, but my heels are still much softer an entire week after the first use of this. It is greasy feeling, so I would suggest to definitely apply this when you will not be walking for a couple hours or so (especially bare-footed). This has a slight honey-type or a beeswax kind of smell to me. Not overbearing, but still..this is somewhat (honey?) scented, so if you are sensitive to scents, this is not fragrance-free.
Even though the container is tiny (great for travel), you need such a small amount, this will last a good while. Would recommend and would repurchase!!

This stuff is pretty good! I am probably the only one to say this on here, but I LOVE the scent. To me, it smells herbal/botanical. I buy an awful lot of natural, botanical, made-in-a-hippie’s-kitchen type products, so it’s a type of fragrance I am not only used to, but tend to like.
My skin is so dry it’s ba-nay-nays. My hands, feet, hair, face, even my belly (TMI I know) get dry, especially in the winter. October through May is a constant battle with two demons named Flaky-Face and Cracky-Hands. In the summer, though, I wear my sandals, and so my feet are the ones getting all the sun and wind exposure.
This stuff does well with healing everyday irritations like wind and sun parching. A good tip is to out it on after your evening shower before getting into bed. It works best when your feet have recently been wet. It’s a nice little overnight treat for my feet, and it’s a simple evening routine before bed. I like that I don’t have to add any crazy steps to my regimen to incorporate it; no fussy scrubs or messy soaks, no unwieldy tools. I just keep the little pot in my nightstand drawer, and use a clean popsicle stick (like the ones used in kids’ crafts) to dig a little out. This helps keep your pot clean and free of debris. I did not find the consistency to be as hard or sticky as a lot of other reviewers have said. To me, it is a little reminiscent of Vaseline, but not as greasy.
If my feet are really super-dry, or if I’m just starting up using it again after not applying it for a while, I will put socks on over it the first night, but this is not necessary.
TL;DR- The main things to know about this product are:
Scent: it is unusual if you aren’t used to that herbal fragrance.
Consistency: don’t expect not to feel this stuff on you when you put it on. It’s not meant to do that. It’s more of a waxy substance than a lotion or a gel. It will not “dry up” or “soak in”, but the mildly greasy feel a lot of reviewers make note of does ease up by morning.
How it Works: It is more of an occlusive, sealing moisture into the skin and preventing it from escaping, rather than adding moisture. This is why it works best out of a bath or shower, after toweling off your feet.
I would totally buy it again, due to its convenient size and ease of use. A little goes a long way here, and for your money, you can’t make a mistake in trying it.

This did not make my feet soft it only made them greasy and it smells weird and the packaging is horrible. You’re better off using regular lotion.
Only thing better than a standard lotion cream and maybe there is something else that you could also try?
Because those smell just like oh My God this is probably like Ocelot! No feeling of overpowering sweeter when it comes to other flavors, tastes super simple and not smelly at all like peaches, can your tongue never age really well when it’s rubbed out? How would you describe its taste??
This last one definitely came with a strawberry scent…. Actually this one came with a wild berry scent that sounded like something pungent. I just can’t get over it!! Which isn’t surprising since this one is actually like that fruity tea I brewed with my German child after I poured it off a few times and that he just knew so much about berries.
All in all it was a great mix of cold water and strawberries. A little interesting and some really lovely fruit. I couldn’t say enough good things about the flavor!
I’ve always been impressed with every Italian orange crepe I’ve tried, especially Orange’s Crunch and Bonk that do some really good things. Oh well.. Great review here isn’t it? Well, I’ve thought about picking up so many Orange’s Crunch and Bonk Crunch’s and I don’t even know what I’m doing with mine though.
Still looking forward to tasting one of these, just wait until you go home and feel like enjoying them. Plus I think for all of the reviews about them it’s obvious there’s something going on.
What made this so very appealing for me was the one near the top. Just dry it up before eating it but since it was too dry it seemed in no way contaminated but those eggs and vanilla cookies sure look like new.
If you just want a good ice cream, it is absolutely nothing but strawberry cake. Well this one wasn’t too sweet to be what you expected but what was so special about it was that it seemed fresh and fresh, even for a large jelly baby jelly that smells like strawberries.
Seriously i gave this one a pass a bunch. My kids got my whole stomach burnt and so i got me two tartas and a mini ice cream. Perfect result for those that aren’t gonna be enjoying this.
Good stuff and will be coming back for more reviews.
Not bad for a hot tub as well!
I’ve always had this when I have a

Eh, it’s okay. I’m certainly glad I bought the smaller jar, because I HATE the smell. I’d be more inclined to re-purchase if it didn’t have that awful smell. Softens just fine, but no better than some other, less offensive smelling products out there.

So, I tried this product last winter and I really liked it then. What is working in this is most definitely probably the papain which is basically a meat tenderizer (lol yes ladies we are tenderizing our soles, as if we were going to barbeque them tomorrow). Nonetheless I’m all for loony things in the beauty arena if they work well and do no harm.
Last winter this seemed to work so beautifully. I’d put some on the bottom of my heels, achilles heel area, toes (my pinky seems to really wither away in winter, sorry if that was TMI), and cuticles especially. I felt like I woke up in the morning with such better skin. Wondrous!
So come this winter I decided to try it again when my feet started getting really dry again. I dont know if I just waited too long this time or my skin is just getting drier now that Im getting older or if this just doesnt work for me me as well. I put it on at night a few nights in a row but I still have peeling skin, deep cracks from lack of moisture. I put it on with socks on top like I did last winter. Hmm, puzzled. I used cuticle cream instead and it worked better than this. I was surprised since last year thsi was such a miracle wonder. sigh. oh well. Well use up my cuticle cream then go on the hunt for a new heel cream for winter. In the meantime sent this to my mom hopefully it works well for her like it has for so many of us, and like it did for me puzzlingly before it…. stopped working?
That said, it is pretty darn cheap. I got it for five bucks (the larger size) at Sally’s. The packaging is eh. Like a typical body shop body butter it comes in a tub. I feel like those get pretty gross after a while, nonhygienic and then you see like a small eyelash in them and get really grossed out, you know its just a matter of time. The jar lid I’m puzzled by as well. it has like a random animals paw print on it somewhere which I found weird. Anyways whatever all of this would be moot points if it worked for me still, sadly doesnt so will move on and not repurchase.

Ok so I’m on my 3rd jar of this stuff. When I don’t use it my feet get very dry. It does have a medicine like smell to it. I have to warm it up a bit to get it to spread well. I use it every night before bed & it keeps my feet looking & feeling like I just had a pedicure.

This stuff is fantastic! I got a .62 oz jar at Sally Beauty Supply for $1.79 on sale. I think it normally retails for $1.99.
The ingredients are: Lecithin, Glycerin Soja (Soybean) Oil, Lanolin, Beeswax, Papain, BHT, Corn Oil & Fragrance.
It’s really thick & balm-like, so I just dig out a bit and apply it all over my foot, especially in the rougher spots, but also to the cuticles on my toes. I use it generally after my shower and before bedtime and my feet feel like a baby’s bottom!
I HIGHLY recommend it…especially at this price!

I bought these on sale at Sally’s. Three of them actually because they were buy 2 get one free. It worked okay on my feet but (and I know this sounds gross but I marked a new pot with an L) and used it on my lips! Softened nicely but tastes like crap, but no worse than Carmex.

Feet are an interesting case… let’s face it, they’re a pain in the ass. When it comes to foot care, I haven’t found a single miracle multi-tasking product that does it all. However, used properly as part of a multi-step footcare plan, Heel to Toe foot softener does a really good job at softening and helping to remove dead skin so that the next step, Mr. Pumice, really gets it all off. It’s the papain enzyme it contains that is literally digesting the dead calloused skin layer off. Disgusting but effective 🙂 Through just luck really i happened to stumble onto this foot care regimen that really works:
1. Apply Heel to Toe Foot Softener and let it sit on feet for about 45 min.
2. Apply shampoo to foot brush and scrub feet off with soapy brush to remove this greasy stuff.
3. Apply shampoo to Mr. Pumice bar and use it to scrub off any calloused areas. Your feet should be looking really good by now. Don’t forget to rinse Mr. Pumice afterward to keep him lasting long 🙂
4. After rinsing and drying feet, apply Collective Well Being Cardamom Mint foot butter. This keeps my feet moisturized, and the herbs/botanicals in it also have the added benefit of killing foot fungus which my left foot has.
I try to remember to apply this foot butter every night, and use the Heel to Toe Feels Like New and Mr. Pumice bar about once or twice a week.

I’ve repurchased this twice.. I don’t know why my experience is so different from the other reviews so ymmv..
anyway, this is a softening treatment
smells medicinal / lavender-y
it looks like ear wax, and has to be worked/softenened. it’s not like a cream or lotion that you just slather on.. it’s more the texture of bag balm or something
my feet feel GREAT after I put it on.. once a week I file my feet with ped-egg and put this on, and that’s now ALL I have to do to maintain nice feet.. it definitely somehow breaks down rough skin. I wish I knew which of the ingredients worked so well so that I could look for more products with it.
