I really like the design. BlueQ always have such beautiful images to put on each flavor of their hand creams. It is surely not the most important attribute to describe a hand cream, but with BlueQ I have to make an exception.
The cream itself is nice too. I love the scent. It is different to all the other scents I have had so far in hand creams. I also like that the 2 oz will probably last me forever. The cream is oil-based and therefore very very rich. There is quite a bit of wax in the cream that gives it the right consistency. To use it you can shave a tiny bit off the cream’s surface, which is enough to get both hands “moisturized”.
I frequently have very dry hands and when the skin begins to flake I use Hand Shit to make it smooth and soft again. It works all the time. However, as much as I want to love it, this is the only time I really use the cream. It is just too oily to be used during the day. I work with computers a lot and when I have Hand Shit on my fingers I need to wipe off the finger tips on a towel before touching the keyboard again. It just takes forever for this cream to sink into the skin.
The packaging is beautiful, but may not be the best for carrying Hand Shit with you during the day. It is a high glass container that doesn’t easily slip into a pocket and I am not sure if it can last as an element of my hand-bag-mess. That’s why and because it might accidentally open I always wrap it in a napkin before it goes into the hand bag.
Overall, I love it because it is one of a few creams that helps my very dry hands. But I don’t recommend it for every-day use with normal skin since it is very oily and takes forever to dissolve into the skin

The label says “a little goes a long way”, and it really does. My 2 oz jar cost $12 and it will probably last a couple of years! It smells great, but not too strong, works brilliantly on my dry, too-often-washed hands, and isn’t too greasy or sticky. Plus the packaging is cute and a little irreverent.
