It’s fabulous. It makes my skin soft. It’s nice . It kinda smells like coffee. At first I thought it had an odd smell but now I like it .its a really cool smell . I wouldn’t say that it smells bad ,and once u put it on then you don’t smell it.It doesn’t smell like a chocolate bar so don’t expect that . I found these on sale and I should have bought more . I used 2 bottles .

I have tried a few things from this line, including serums, lotions etc and so far they have all been nice and surprisingly good quality. This creams smells so yummy to me – like dark chocolate and coffee (well, it is in the name) and not sweet or sickly at all, very natural and “real” smelling. The smell doesn’t linger for long – you need to literally smell your own skin to get a whiff of it after applying.
I’m not going to judge this on firming (as no cream can permanently firm the skin) but it makes a great moisturiser. It’s cocoa butter and a blend of oils and feels light when you apply but hydrates better than greasy moisturisers I’ve tried (like petroleum jelly, Eucerin,LRP Lipikar). It leaves my legs petal-soft and feeling super comfortable even in the winter, not an easy feat with my eczema. I use this on my hands and chest too – it leaves no sticky after-feel and sinks right in, lovely to use before going out on any exposed skin to give it some glow! I love the packaging too, easy to travel with, no yucky jar/tub and easy to squeeze out the amount you need. Plus the pretty dark brown tube looks classy, simple and more elegant than some of my high-end lotions (ugh, like Clarins – for over $30 you can’t make a lid that shuts properly?). I like that there’s NO lanolin (or other animal ingredients) and no animal testing either. The Nuance shower creams are great too!
I would recommend this to anyone, would definitely repurchase.

This is an great body cream which blends right in. Its odd because the My Secret Super Moisturizing Body Cream is not too easy to rub in. This body cream smells and feels luxurious on the skin. It’s great for the wintertime and keeps me moisturized all day. Also love the flip top tube container.

I like this lotion. I don’t believe that any OTC product can firm skin, so I don’t evaluate it by that criteria. It moisturizes well, and all day, too. It absorbs quickly and isn’t greasy. Oddly, when it comes out of the tube, it’s a pretty light brown color; someone ought to make a bronzer for us pale gals that color. The only sticking point is the smell. Because so many reviews say it smells so amazing, like coffee and cocoa, and others say it’s awful, I think there must have been a batch issue. Mine smelled like wheat. Strongly of wheat. It was gross, but the smell burnt off fast enough and it worked very well. I’ll rebuy.

I really have no idea if this lives up to the claims that it firms skin since I don’t use it every night, so I can’t speak to that. But this is a nice lotion. I was actually a little disappointed at first because I thought it would be thicker, more balm-like; I was worried it wouldn’t be enough to moisturize my dry skin, especially in winter. I was glad to be proven wrong. This cream keeps my skin hydrated and itch-free for a full 24 hours. It does smell like real cacao, not candy-chocolate, so if that’s a problem definitely pass this one up. I don’t know whether I would repurchase though. It’s a fine product, but I prefer the Rosehip lotion from this line, and if it comes down to it that’s what I’d spend my money on.

I have been so excited to try the Nuance products ever since I heard Salma Hayek was coming out with a line. This is a big disappointment. From the get go I opened my sample and this stinks. This is so strongly scented. I tried it nonetheless. I found that after I had applied it I thought something smelled bad. I realized it was me. I had applied it a while before and I still smelled bad. I have no clue if this has any true firming properties because I just cannot get past the bad smell.

Ok, just for the record..i’m not a big lotion person…until this stuff…it is amazing..the scent is def cocoa and coffee…but on me the coffee fades and all you smell is delicious chocolate…I do notice firming for sure…no lie…it is amazing and so moisturizing…i am loving this line…the hydrating lip balm and defining mascara blow all the other products like it away……try this…you will love it

OMG this smells sooo nice. It smells so chocolatey and yummy. As I was applying this to my skin, I felt my hands tingling and my body firming up instantaneously. It also moisturizes really well! It gave my skin such a nice glow after applying it. I would definitely suggest this product to all my friends. If you’re not a fan of smelling like cocoa .. then you probably won’t like it. Otherwise, get it. The only negative thing about it is that it’s $15. It’s still definitely worth it. If I use it on a daily basis, I doubt it’ll last me more than a month. Regardless, it’s divine.

I found a sample packette of this on a display, so I grabbed one. So far, all the Nuance products I have tried have either been mediocre or a disappointment. They are on the higher priced side for a drugstore brand, so I was under the impression that they would be great.
This is ok for a lotion, however the scent is a huge turn-off. Some may like it, but I don’t see the appeal of smelling like a cup of coffee. Maybe if it were more chocolate, but it’s not.

I didn’t like the smell which wasn’t particularly chocolaty or coffee like and I didn’t find the lotion to be very moisturizing in the long run. Immediately after applying my skin felt soft, but then a few hours later I was dry again. It’s not a terrible product, but it’s not moisturizing enough for me.
