I used the product for about 1 month, and I bought the smallest size(75ml), and I do have a little lotion rest. It really goes a long way, it moisturizes well, but I think you can get way cheaper alternatives. But it does its job. We have winter, and sometimes I think it isn’t rich enough, my husband is using it he has dry skin, and it is “okay.” However, for my normal skin type, it works beautifully. Wouldn’t repurchase it but I can recommend it if that makes sense 🤣🤪

This is a beautifully silky body lotion without fragrance that is luxurious and relaxing to put on. I’m not really a fan of the packaging, but this is one of my splurges. A little bit goes a long way!

Got a generous sample of this (plus a couple of others) whilst stocking up on the ‘Superbly Efficient Deodorant’ which I’m quite liking.
Creme de Corps is a thick emollient moisturizer which does a decent job at keeping my skin supple, even the more troublesome areas such as elbows and lower legs. It’s unscented but still has a very light aroma similar to vanilla, possibly from the cocoa seed extract I’m guessing, and it absorbs pretty much instantly. No issues with yellow staining that some of the other reviewers have mentioned.
Now the reason why I haven’t given it a higher rating is because of the ingredients. You have in here some great stuff such as Avocado oil and butters and yet you also have not-so-great things like multiple parabens, alcohols, dimethicone (quite likely the reason why this lotion makes your skin feel so velvety) and other things that I try to avoid in skin and body care products. For that reason it’s unlikely I’d ever purchase the full size product – which for the price it is I’d expect to be much more on the ‘natural’ side. Hoping for a future re-formulation from Kiehl’s…

This body moisturizer is amazing, It’s very lightly scented with a vanilla scent. You can barely smell it. It also really moisturizes dry skin for 24 hours. This is a game changer. I went back to order 3 more, that’s just how good this product is. The only negative, I just realized is the parabens in it.

This lotion is pure heaven. Thick and creamy but absorbs into the skin well. Leaves skin feeling so comforted and soft.
I think the price is right. I wish they did this in scents though. I like to layer products with like scents for longer lasting wear. But this feels so amazing on the skin.

This has been a surprise find. This cream does nourish my dry skin. Its the only cream I use on during the colder seasons. And this bottle will definitely last me through one season.

I would be VERY interested to hear how other folks get around the problem of this cream’s YELLOW colour? I’ve kept it in a dark, cool place. It’s STAINING my white underwear and clothes!! I’ve got a beautiful white bra, now with yellow marked straps and bra edges. Just about to try and soak it to get the stains out – hopefully!! No…I did not apply too much cream. Yes, I exfoliate well before applying. I also massaged it in well, and did not get dressed for over 1/2 an hour after application. It’s STAINING my clothes where they gently rub against my skin!!
I LOVE the effect the cream is having on my skin. I’m 5 days into the “notice and feel the difference” 10 day period. I really do not feel that I can wear this cream unless I’m wearing dark clothing. In the summer, I really like to be in my white and pale colour items!! – but I’m certainly not gonna risk wearing them on top of this cream. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

I got this because it was advertised as fragrance-free. Unfortunately, it has a very odd mild citrus scent that I strongly dislike. It also takes forever to absorb, my skin feels tacky even hours later.
It does moisturize and give my skin a subtle glow, but it’s too unpleasant to use.

This is my HG body lotion. It helps with my ‘chicken feet skin’ elbow! And general moisturiser. It is expensive for what you get, I bought the largest pump bottle and a little goes a long way.
Even then it’s hard to get the last bit of product out of the bottle.
I still fall back ok this despite cheaper brands. It’s my baseline standard for body moisturisers.

Despite having tried multiple alternatives, both cheap and expensive, I have kept coming back to this again and again as it really does keep my dry skin moisturised even in winter, while being pretty easily absorbed. Having said that it is far from perfect:
– It’s really expensive, like over twice as expensive as the La Roche-Posay Lipikar product that I’m probably going to switch to once I’ve finished my current stock
– Despite being really expensive, it isn’t paraben free
– The larger sizes come in pump bottles, but it’s really hard to get the last 15% of product out of the bottle
– If you don’t use it up relatively quickly, the yellow colour in it somehow gets really concentrated and stains your clothes
