I was having skin irritation on my right cheek. So I went to walgreens to buy a cortizone cream. I never used one before. There were so many different kinds and brands I didn’t know which one to get. After looking at the ingredients for the cortizone cream with aloe and chamomile I noticed there was a whole bunch of other ingredients which makes no sense to put on your skin to cure a skin irritation or allergy. I also read reviews about those and it seems it causes redness and irritation for some GO FIGURE. So I got the original cortizone 10 ointment which only has 2 ingredients. Perfect. I applied some that same night and when I woke up the next morning I couldn’t believe my eyes! Some bumps were gone, others shrank so much in size and the pimples I had came to a head. I am so relieved and glad this works. I definetly recommend.

This is for Cortizone 10 Intensive Healing Formula 1% Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Creme. I bought this for my face as I was having a mild allergic reaction and I wanted to use this overnight to calm it down. **Note: using corticosteroids on your face can cause thinning of skin and steroid rosacea, so it’s best to use this very sparingly and as a last resort** Anyways, I decided to buy this one as it had chamomile and I thought that it would be even more soothing. I was wrong!! As soon as I applied it, my cheeks started burning and turned bright red. Turns out it has Menthyl Lactate, a derivative of menthol and a huge rosacea trigger for me. I washed it off immediately and slathered some Argan oil on which helped. I tossed this tube of cream and purchased my old standby, Aveeno 1% Hydrocortisone Anti-Itch Cream. Lesson learned, read all ingredients labels!!!

My husband is IN LOVE with this cream. Has helped him with a sudden and intense eczema breakout on his face. Seems to be drying him out a little tonight but I mean very little- and he’ll take the drying over the bright red, severely inflamed skin he had a couple days ago. After seeing what a difference this has made for him and reading some of the reviews I think going to give it a go on a couple of stubborn zits I have on my jaw line. If something crazy happens I’ll be back to the message boards to either encourage or forewarn!!! Happy moisturizing people!

Love this so much. Whenever I feel like my skin is in “crisis”- feeling rough, dry, breaking out, irritated, or congested- I reach for this! I apply this all over my face 3 nights in a row and go to sleep. Upon waking, my skin is much smoother, less red, and any acne is gone. I do this when I have somewhere to go or I need a skin rehab. The only downside to this product is that your skin becomes dependent on it with continued usage, just like benzoyl peroxide. Don’t use this for more than a week straight! I only use this for 3 days in a row. Also, this helped get rid of chronic itchiness on my calves, as well as KP on my arms and chest. I love this stuff!

I suffer from a horrible dryness above my lip and below my lower lip. It looks like chapped skin, red and sometimes flaky. It’s quite unflattering. I tried everything and I DO MEAN EVERYTHING, not because it’s expensive means its good, lesson learned.
Unsure if it would work I bought the store brand (Wal-Mart) that states compare to Cortizone 10. I paid around $2.22 + tax I have applied it for 2 days and its WORKING!!!! Although it’s still dry the redness has been reduced and the chapped look is decreasing. After only 2 nights!

I would give this 10 stars and my firstborn child if I could. I had a huge, flaky, peeling, red, disgusting (insert more adjectives) wound right in the middle of my face. Think popped zit + alcohol burn + mutant. Not only did it hurt like hell, but it was horrifically ugly. In a state of panic, I dabbed this on and it instantly felt better. I wore it throughout the day and night and when I woke up, miracle! My skin was transformed. The flakiness was completely gone, the redness was reduced to a pale pink and new skin already seemed to be forming. I could not believe it. It is still peeling a little, but not nearly as much as yesterday. I highly recommend this for anyone who can’t keep their hands off their face!

This product is a lifesaver! I suffer from bad allergies that causes my eczema. i get these rash on my arms almost daily. this stuff makes them disappear! I also had his eczema rash on my inner arm and only this got it to disappear! Thank you Cortozone 10! My purse will always be your home! !)
