Love…love….love this body butter!! Jaqua’s Buttercream Frosting fragrance is amazing. It really does smell like a decadent fresh-baked desert at the local bakery, but without the calories. A little bit keeps me smelling sweet for hours. While I sometimes wear floral scents like Kai, the guys definitely prefer the Buttercream Frosting as well. Like they say on the box, it “Smells Good Enough to Eat.” 🙂
Aside from the fragrance, the body butter keeps my skin soft and smooth with great ingredients like shea butter, jojoba oil, sweet almond oil, and ginseng. To top it off, it comes in the cutest little “cupcake” gift box. I’ve given several as gifts for my gals. The body butter comes in several other fragrances if you’re not into sweet scents, but I’ve yet to try them.

I just received my new jar! It’s now paraben free..which I like..and it is great!! Still as yummy as ever!!!

I got a sample of this in a little foil packet. Sealed as such, I can’t figure out how it smelled like rancid milk and melted plastic, but it did. I couldn’t tell you anything about its moisturizing properties as I immediately washed it off.

Jaqua’s Pink Buttercream Frosting is one of my favorite scents. It does smell yummy, like real frosting. The only think I don’t care for is the way it feels on my skin. It is a bit greasy and doesn’t sink into my skin very well and it makes my hands feel odd….like dry but also greasy. Hard to explain. I have the whole set of the Pink Buttercream and the body butter is WAY better than the watery lotion which has hardly any scent at all. The spray is awesome though! I got it in a swap today and it smells soooo good but doesn’t last too long. Overall…I like Jaqua’s Pink Buttercream and will continue to purchase the body butter just for the scent, even though it is expensive.

I love the way this smells in the package. It really does smell good enough to eat. My husband loves vanilla smells and I just knew he would love this. I bought and i was so excited to put it on. I got out of the shower smoothed on the velvety cream and within minutes smelled so strongly like a salami that I needed a second shower to get rid of it. I could not spend the day smelling like Italian deli meat. My sister thought this was hilarious. I gave the body cream to her and she smells wonderful. I just have the craziest body chemistry. 3 stars because it’s lovely, just not on me.

Hmm. I actually quite like the fragrance of this product and never noticed the ‘plastic’ smell than many reviewers complain about, but I will say that this product really is only good in the warmer months, as I didn’t find it moisturized that much. I use this when I am going out since it smells so good but I wouldn’t repurchase – it just doesn’t wow me all that much.

I feel in love with the scent!!! But when I finally bought and tried out this product I was a little disappointed. This product was so sticky and the smell faded ready fast. It leaves this weird plastic smell after.

They warned me that “this product smells good enough to eat” on the packaging. I listened. My dog didn’t. I blinked and then I had 7lbs of slober coming after my arms and legs. Apparently, we both really like the smell: sorta like vanilla-cotton-candy-fruity-sugar-marshmallow or something. Smell is nice but disappears too quickly. Moisturizes ok but not great, there’s a light quality to it as it absorbs. The fatal flaw: IT’S STICKY. Wow. I felt like I rolled around on the floor of a movie theater after I wore this s#!t all day. I think Jaqua should open up a bakery and use this Pink Buttercream Frosting on some damn cupcakes. Love the packaging, though…

I love the smell and moisturizing properties of this. I only wear body butter at night because it takes forever to fully absorb. It smells divine when compared to DUWOP’s buttercream and DUWOP was first (to my knowledge) to make the “buttercream” scent popular when put in body products. The jar is small for the amount you get.

This is a body BUTTER. It is thick and one must use sparingly. I like it, but usually prefer a lotion to a butter. The scent is wonderful and my husband loves it. It is plastic-y in a way, but so is buttercream frosting because of all the fat in it. LOL! I like the fact that there are no floral notes at all, just pure frosting. I don’t know what’s with all the companies that feel compelled to add floral notes, so I’m glad that Jaqua Girls doesn’t. There is some vanilla, but obviously because it smells like birthday cake icing. I like the hand cream too and plan on trying the lip gloss.
