I didn’t know this product was fined millions of US dollars in 2014 because of deceptive ads when I bought it in July, 2016. Then I took it back to the store (unopened but I stored it for just 1 day over 60 days), the manager said I should contact the customer service instead of the store, so I called the customer service, who said they would contact me within 48 days. I have waited for ages and no body ever contacted me. I felt sad about L’occitane.
OK, about this product. The report said its ingredients showed no theoretical nor practical evidence in reshaping the body, and I believed it was true. Then the package is stupid as well, the bottom leaks and made the opening filthy.
A sensible retrospection tells me that actually nothing of L’occitane’s works, except the hand cream, however some drugstore brands works even better with a tiny percentage of the price. I guess I would never buy L’occitane any more in my life.
