I was curious to try this and eventually got the chance to pick up a Bliss gift set with this in it. From the ad copy, I was led to believe this was be some sort of miracle balm like Aquaphor, and it is really not that. It is a fluffy, medium textured body cream. I find it most effective for smoothing out very dried out, scaly skin, like you get on your feet in the winter. It is great for that-your skin will be back to normal in a matter of minutes. But where 24 heaven falls down on the job (and where most Bliss lotions do, for that matter) is that the hydration doesn’t last. Bliss claims this product provides 24 hour hydration, which is a bald faced lie. My skin is back to feeling dry within the hour, often sooner. at this price tag, I expect a lot better. I might pick up another jar as we get into the colder months, but I might as easily not. There are plenty of other products (many of which I already own) that perform better and are sold at much more reasonable prices.
