This product was decent value for money but does appear a little chalky on my skin. Messy to apply (as are all mineral foundations). Good coverage for a powder and I received compliments on my skin when wearing: does not look as though you are wearing makeup.

I initially was put off using this as the colour (light/medium) was too pink for my complexion. After I had a facial though the woman recommended mineral makeup and I picked up the shade light. This one matches perfectly, is a good amount of coverage and I have seen a definite reduction in the amount of breakouts lately! Basically none! I use this and concealer on a daily basis or for a night out I use it to set my foundation and it lasts all night long. Glad I retried this product in the correct shade for me. Super easy to apply although the powder does get everywhere and is a bit messy. Definitely recommend.

I have very acne prone skin. I’ve used Acutane 3 times in the past and still can’t control it. I usually layer my make up on but since moved to Australia from Ireland I can’t wear make up as heavy because of the heat and also the fact they are into au natural over here.
I bought the box of nude by nature from the local pharmacy and It came with the brush, A big pot of mineral foundation and the trio palate of bronzed x2 and a highlighter all for 45$ AUD.
I was nervous that it wouldn’t cover my marked skin with my hormonal acne that was just starting to heal.
I have to say, it was not so easy to apply and took some time for my first go but the coverage was excellent! (I had another brand of primer underneath). The application was messy but ove used it since and i think im starting to get the hang of it! My marks and spots were covered my pores were smaller, my redness had been covered etc. It felt so nice on my face and so light weight! I didn’t feel sticky or greasy and my face had a lovely glow to it! I did use a hydrating mist over it but I do this with all foundations !
I also think when I took it off before bed my face was less red and my boyfriend has commented how clear my skin looks this week and I think it’s since starting this !
I would recommend trying it!

Pros:
– No nasty additives as you would get in liquid foundation.
– Buildable coverage.
– They’re often on sale in the Australian shops.
– Animal and cruelty-free.
Cons:
– Can be drying on skin for those with dry and sensitive skin.

I love this powder. I use it as a setting powder with foundation underneath, and I have extremely oily combo skin but this powder is excellent. For a nice matte highlight effect I bake under my eyes, chin and triangle of my forehead and it works really well. I still need to use blotting papers towards the afternoon but this powder definitely works for the longest time. It’s also extremely easy on my sensitive rosacea skin. I put it on under my liquid foundation and I have found it acts as a barrier and seems to keep my redness down.
Only CON is that the packaging sucks!!! So hard to get any powder out when you first open it! I guess because its jam packed (you get an amazing amount of powder considering the price) and so the powder is very hard to shake out. I have taken to removed the actual plastic shaker top with tweezers and just dipping my brush straight into the powder lol. That is the only bad thing I can say about it.
It also never oxidises or separates. This is my holy grail powder and I pray they never discontinue it!!!

This is a great foundation if you are looking for natural powder based coverage that is not as harmful to the skin as some liquid foundations. The ingredients are very minimum and helped me for many years during my transition from liquid foundation. I found this very rarely broke me out. But over time I can’t help the suspicion that it dried my skin (which can also be sensitising).
On my oily skin this foundation looked beautiful and helped control my oils. It gave me light, medium to full coverage and was easy to remove at the end of the day. At the time this was the most cost effective product for me with the amount of product you get and the ability to wait for sales. I had tried numerous drugstore foundations to endless dismay as each of them slowly sensitised my skin and eventually broke me out. I must admit at the time I didn’t / couldn’t believe that makeup could break you out, but everyone’s skin reacts so differently to different ingredients.
This was a life saviour during that time. The only thing that drew me away from this is the shades. I couldn’t find a match. Being a NC35 it was close to impossible as most of the powders run pink and made me look sick or ashy. They have come out with new tones, but I have moved on to tinted moisturisers which match me perfectly and don’t break me out.
Overall I would recommend if you’re looking to calm down you skin and don’t mind powders. For me, I now find cosmetic companies are looking at ingredients and there has been alot of change in how things are formulated since then. I think this may partly be due to mineral foundations highlighting the concerns around skin harming ingredients.

I have used Bare Minerals for many years and always been very happy. My skin looks great with minimum definition to wrinkles and lines. Nude by Nature was on sale so I thought I thought I would try it. What a failure, there is no comparison to Bare Minerals. Nude by Nature made my mature skin look really bad, it seemed to accentuate lines and wrinkles I did not know that I had. It was embarrassing, it aged me by many years. Using primer made no difference the effect was still extremely aging. Tried it three or four times, there was no difference, so in the trash it went. I am staying with Bare Minerals.

I went through a period of about 4 years where I only wore mineral powder foundation. I must have tried everything on the market including this brand. My main priorities for a mineral powder makeup is that give my skin a healthy look and they do not look cakey and flat. Unfortunately this one failed on all three criteria. It is also quite an expensive product for what you get. Just for comparison, I found the dirt cheap Maybelline powder was a far superior product in terms of the look and finish. If you are going to pay around $40 Australian for a powder foundation, I would suggest purchasing something like Revlon instead. The Nude brushes designed to go with the powder foundation are also very cheap and inferior.

I love the finish that this leaves on my skin, as well as knowing that it is much healthier for my skin to breathe.
It looks good on top of a dewy foundation or dewy moisturiser, and seems to stay on well.
The biggest downfall, as with any mineral powders, is that the powder goes everywhere so I only use this at home. Not at work or in my handbag/on the go.
I also use it on top of a tissue to catch all the powder that goes everywhere.
The powder will also go all over your clothes when you brush it on.
It is worth it just have to get used to the impractical side of it.
I use the medium tone, and have olive/Asian skin.

So I thought I would do a first impression review.
I bought this cheaper than rrp so I was excited to try! I came on here to read reviews after purchasing online, which left me a little nervous about the colour, as a lot have mentioned an orange tone. I am fair skinned and bought the light skin tone shade, which had me worried if maybe I should have got the fair skin shade instead. On arrival of the foundation today I opened the box and was really happy with the size and the packaging for this powder foundation, I like that you can close off the holes that the powder comes from. Less mess! The shade looked promising in person and as I applied to my face I was so pleasantly surprised, perfect match to my skin! No nasty orange tone! It is so light and satin, and just left my skin looking almost air brushed but in a natural lightwe coverage way. It is very light coverage to start with but as you reapply you can build it up to medium coverage, and it made my pores and imperfections much more blended and natural in appearance. I did half my face so I could see the difference, and I loved the results considering I had used this product alone on my skin with no other liquid foundation underneath. Tomorrow I will try it on top of liquid foundation and hopefully get an even better result. Basically if you are looking for a soft, more natural look I totally recommend. If you are looking for a perfectly full coverage look I wouldn’t suggest you only use this to achieve that, as you won’t. But I feel that with the use of liquid foundation underneath, it may be possible. Hope this helps!
