I am still scratching my head at how they can call this a setting powder. It’s definitely illuminating but it’s far too dark. It’s so pigmented I can use it as a blush. And even then, I have to use a light hand or it comes off clown-ish. I like how it shines, but I can’t imagine this all over someone’s face without looking like they bathed in highlighter. I can see this working for medium to tan skin tones or MAYBE as a toned-down highlighter for deeper skin. Ulta totally missed the mark with this setting powder.
