Oh MY I believe I have found my Holy Grail foundation!!! This foundation wears like a dream, even on my very oily skin- which is saying a lot about it’s formulation. It applies like a dream, blends beautifully with my Morphe M439 or MB39. It just seems to become one with my skin. I was able to find a great shade match at Sephora. I will be using this for a long time to come. It lasts (or at least it does on me) over 12 hours, it did not transfer, crease, break down, or I become an oil slick….lol I did, however, use my MAC primer (Skin Base Visage), set it with Two Faced Peach Setting Powder, and set it with Sephora’s Beauty Amplifier. I am still impressed!!! I have been using the Fenty foundation – and honest to goodness, I like this better!
This does NOT settle into my fine lines, or make them look worse. I am very impressed.
When I went to Sephora, I was prepared to have to purchase an expensive foundation, being that I am older, and have several issues to contend with that are deal breakers when it comes to foundation. I figured I was looking at possibly a Mark Jacobs level product to combat my problems. I had read quite a few reviews on this product, however, and decided to inquire about it. I’m so glad I did. I saved myself quite a significant chunk of money. This is always a plus, then we get to put the remainder towards more makeup!!!
So, if you are in the market for a new foundation — this is I’d say medium to full coverage – very light weight and long wearing. It has an extensive color range. There are so many times that Sephora products just totally blow my mind. This is surely one of those occasions. For a little more than a drug store price this foundation wears and feels just like a very high-end gem.
