I have this in white and blue, the oil formula.
PROS: Extremely pigmented. Also, they do not change the formula of your foundation, probably because you use so little of them.
CONS: The blue one is WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too pigmented. It will easily turn your foundation straight up BLUE if you are not careful. I know everybody likes full coverage this and that and very pigmented things, but at a certain point, it starts hindering use of the product if easily go overboard. I always like things that are forgiving or can be built up rather than highly concentrated things that you need to walk on eggshells with. With the blue pigment, one drop is too much and this is not an exaggeration. You need to use half a drop or get a tiny amount from the sides of the cap. And speaking of the cap, the packaging is simply terrible as well. The product comes out of the bottle and completely collects all the sides of the cap, it’s simply horrendeous. Yes, it will get on other products if you travel with it and yes, it needs to be wiped down. The bottle should have more air so product isn’t as eager to come out. Dispensing it is fine though.
OVERALL: I don’t really have much to say about the white one. It works, but there are cheaper things out there. The blue one works great, however it really has an intense pigment level. I say this all the time, but it really is high past time that somebody comes out with an extensive foundation blending line, not just white, middle blue, middle yellow, and middle green. Where is black (for darkening), grey (for desaturating, useful for olive skintone and pale too), and tones that lean in one direction for those who really need to tailor their foundation?

Super product!!! I have the oil based version in blue, red & white to mix with ALL my foundations. I am light medium warm. posssibly olive. I find to get a seemless shade match these mixers are gems to tone too peachy (using blue) or too yellow (using red & blue) foundations. I use this with revlon colorstay (whipped & liquid) loreal lumi, mac matchmaster, wetn wild photofocus…I really trust it to mix w anything. It has never seperated & gives a good finish. I look for super long wear products..I think this can vary from person to person also what foundation base you start with. It seems to cut fown wear time witb my Color stay whipped but regardless having a correct shade match is not something i compromise on!
I decant portions of my foundations into small travel/cosmetic sample containers & add tiny drops of the mixer until i get my match. Usually i make a enough for week/month as i dont have time in my routine to mix daily. It took me a little trial and error but soooo worth it. I have a better match than ANYTHING off the shelf or anything any sales assistant has matched me to. Also i have a perfect match to take in when shopping for new foundations. It helps to have a close match to start with as it requires less mixing later.
These are pretty pigmented & will last a while even though the bottle is very small. I will always have them. ESSENTIAL! i wish they carried these in sephora but i am happy to order online. I wish more cosmetic companies offered these products & so glad MUFE is senstive to the needs of their consumers knowing the world is composed of a multitude of undertones, colors & depths in skin tones! a big applause to them!

These are absolutely brilliant! I have a light olive skin tone that can be very hard to match: foundations are either too neutral or too yellow, and never green enough. I have the drops in yellow and blue and using either/both of them, I can tweak close-enough foundations so they’re the best fit for my tone.
The mix comes in oil- and water-based formulas. Unless you’re specifically using an oil-based foundation, get the water-based mix, as that will work with most foundations out there. The pigments are VERY concentrated, so a little goes a long way. This also means that $13 dollar bottle is going to last forever, or at least 24 months (by then you should be tossing it out and replacing it anyway!).

I have this in the oil based blue and yellow. I’m nc35 with yellow olive skin and these make all my foundations match me. I use ~ 2 drops of the blue and one of the yellow *per application* depending on the foundation. They are pigmented enough that you only need a few drops and they don’t change the texture or wear of the foundation.
They did not make my foundation lighter or darker, they only adjusted the undertone. However I only used a little- if you’re using a larger amount it may have an effect on the darkness. They blend seamlessly into the foundation as well. (I used them with Maybelline Fit Me Matte in 220 and MAC studio sculpt in nc35)
The bottles are smaller than I expected but you only need a small amount.
I think that even if you’re using these, it’s a good idea to try to find a foundation that matches you fairly close in the first place, or else you’re using a lot of mixer to get the right shade and this stuff IS small for the price.
Overall I’d recommend these to anyone, they’ve become a staple in my makeup collection.

Those pigment allows to customize the undertone and or the color of a foundation. There is 2 types, oil based (for oil based or silicony foundations) and water based (for water based foundation like face & body).
I got mine in 12 yellow as I’ve strong yellow undertones and it’s quite hard for me to find foundation yellow enough. I usually have to invest on high end brands to find the right undertone.
So I decide to invest in this little bottle of pigment to be able to ajust foundations that are too pink or too neutral (or even too orangey).
The composition of the oil based one is exactly the same as Ultra HD foundation, so it mixes perfectly which this foundation in particular (also with other liquid foundation).
I doesn’t change the formula or the texture of the foundation, neither it changes the tone (lighter or darker), just the undertone which become more yellow.
I also have Hard candy pigment drops which seems more pigmented and/but really can change the color (not only the undertone) of foundation, it can be a pro or a con. In fact, it also change a bit the finish as the drops are quite matte basically. For some purpose, that’s great but if you have a foundations you like and won’t want to alter the finish, just the undertone or color, the MUFE chromatic drops are perfect for that.
I’ll continue to use it (it will become a staple in my everyday routine I think).
