What an amazing red!! My gf got this too and I said hooly dooly thats a really pigmented red! So we went to a Terry White Chemist and she showed me the Ulta3 Stand. I have only ever bought Ulta 3 POlishes, because they are cheap and cheerful. I’m not a fan of cheap cosmetics unless I know they are good. I am really fussy about my eyeshadows I prefer High End eyeshadows.
So my gf said look, the lippies arent as good as MAC and they dont last as long, but they have a crazy colour range and only $4.
I tried on a few reds and bam, Red Carpet, its amazing! It suits me and my Viet colouring. Lipstick is very pigmented, glides on like a dream and doesnt bleed into the skin. I think its quite moisturizing too. I wear a red lip pencil underneath and the colour stays on for ages and stains your lips a nice red. For $4 I think this lipstick is really good! I’ve attached a pic of me wearing it.
I would like to buy more shades, but i have so many lipsticks already I’m not allowed to buy more.

Ulta3 is a cheap range of makeup available in Australia. Their regular lipsticks cost $2.95 and the matte lipsticks are $3.95. This is one of the regular ones.
All their regular lipsticks come in a shiny black tube with a clear bottom that shows the color. I’ve stated in earlier reviews that the regular lipsticks don’t have a great deal of staying power and this is no different. It goes on a nice bright red but very quickly fades to a pinky red. I don’t personally like pinky shades of red so it’s definitely not right for me.
I would suggest that this is best for people who want a pinky red that is not too in your face, maybe someone who likes a more muted look.
All in all it’s not a dreadful product. At this price, it means you can experiment with colors that you wouldn’t want to spend a lot of cash on. Around the price of a cheap cup of coffee, the worst that can happen is it goes in the bin. However if you really like lipstick and wear it regularly, spend a bit of extra on something better quality. The lighter shades are worth buying, and the few matte shades are good, but most of the darker shades can be a bit hit or miss.
