I absolutely love this terracotta colour on my vampire complexion. The colour leans warm, and is a nude rusty peach. There is no shimmer, a flattering sheen, and a moderate amount of pigmentation. The formula reminds me of Dior’s addict lipstick without feeling nearly as hydrating on the lips, the pigmentation is similar as well. I find the colour is noticeable on my lips, but still translucent. There is no detectable fragrance or flavour which I prefer. The product does not feel hydrating or heavy on the lips, and wear time is roughly 3 to 5 hours depending on how frequently you eat or drink. It wears evenly without leaving a ring around the edges of the lip and fades to a stain.
I’ve dropped the packaging on tile few times, and while the lid flys off it hasn’t broken or cracked. The lid is sturdy enough that I’m not worried about it falling off in my purse either which is important! I’m extremely happy with my purchase, I’ve gotten a few compliments on this colour. I favour it to many of the luxury products in my collection because of its comfort and wear. I pair it with peachy blushes or copper eyeshadow typically. My favourite pairing with this lipstick is Chanel’s Melted Honey lipgloss as a topper. 🙂
As you might expect, I’ve been buying more and more shades of this palette, so it is with great anticipation that I’ve done my first purchase of this frosty, creamy colour. Due to my location in Château Voltaire Saint Denis, it is my first complete brush palette to come in the USA and I really wish I could show you these photos. No matter how delicious my experience may be, I still only wish I had a stash of pigment left over for these shots. I was thinking that by purchasing this palette, I would be able to go back to my days when i couldn’t finish my makeup by hand and just put my bare hands in mascara to try and get over the lashes. Not to mention that one of the few products that didn’t work well with my body when it came to brush. The formula had minimal glitters and my skin didn’t get any shiny looking on my lips for the first few years. However, as you can tell, my skin became fine, more stable and as soon as I dried out and I went back to my top less often I began to lose my glossy shades to my usual tan. I am yet to wash out as much lip balm as I could possibly use, and I do get like 5 less returns on my mascara each time, which can make me feel fuller and is good. For those with sensitive eyes or simply use my lipstick because of how soft it is, it is something that you will need to adjust in order to work in the application. Once you have a lovely colour to wear in a dark and dramatic environment with minimal room for fragrance and absorption you will never want to give up your absolute passion for glamour and polish. Complement your lips with some of the best lip balm you have on your palette, and, rather than having your makeup show off their flaws or eye makeup gone, it is best to stick with them in the slightest for better results. Yes I am sure the younger and more confident readers will realise that lashes are meant to be worn unevenly as well as it might be frowned upon for some or only for special occasions, but those who work hard every day and have long hair will know better. These lip balms are NOT the shades of a typical daycare package. They are also of great self glossing which will give your lips a natural glow and color, not something to come into the cold or dull crev

I owned a few revlon lipsticks from this range a few years back but did not like them mainly because they looked like a layer of oily paint on my lips. The new formular blends in with my lips so much better that they look “together”. First , I love the Color , it is a woody orange , very chic , a lovely mix of orange with browns and a little pinks/reds. No greys . The cream texture is butter soft allowing the lipstick to apply smoothly with a nice subtle shine . Making my lips look well plump without accentuating lines . Loving it .this would look good with daring bronze eye looks , that exudes badass animation, but u can afford to save your money if you want to invest in higher quality than the recommended shades. just get 5 stars and better.More info on smou-tail i like Brava Rose, Scindilly Syrup, and Everyday Companion all very good’s. Shadow matte area is the same black color as above. i love it and prefer it to match my bronzer gray and matte.
To keep in mind I had a vanity brushbrush waiting for me so this was the one I got to carry with me. The base of the brush is actually a piece of matte nylon sheet. Unfortunately it went away as far as I thought it would.

The name utterly baffles me. This is a muted tangerine. I’m so glad I tried this because it turns out that I sometimes love a dim orange tint to my lips against my pale skin. One layer gives a nice subtle orange, and two or three layers gives it a subtle pow! of orange. I think this would be a lovely gateway to brighter lipsticks if you’ve been a neutral nellie your whole makeup wearing life. Has that amazing unscented Revlon formula – the color sits for about five to six hours in a polite stain by the end; I just wish they’d launch some new colors or bring back some old ones because I LOVE the formula and can’t get enough.

I’m becoming quite obsessed with Revlon lipsticks, especially the cremes. I am going to make a bold declaration: Revlon Cremes and MAC Satins are my favorite lipstick formulations of all time. That feels rather dangerous to say, lol.
Sandalwood Beige is my latest acquisition. I’m pretty sure I’ve actually owned this before in the past, maybe in high school, and hated it because I wasn’t as makeup savvy at the time or something. ANYWAY, this shade is definitely not beige, more dusty-brown-orange. Muted. Creamy, easy to apply, and long lasting — the formula is great, though not as great as my other new Revlon lippies. My skin does run a cool olive, but I tan easily (despite my best intentions) and warm up in the spring/summer. That is when this lipstick is magic on me. When all the rest of my makeup works with Sandalwood Beige (usually a bronzey eye + bronzer and warm-toned blush on the cheeks), this shade just lends a defined, warm, brightening, sexy yet grown-ass-woman vibe that pulls the whole look together.

This is a stunning muted peach lipstick. I have a ridiculously large lipstick collection and this one is in the top 5 for me. It has a way of brightening and lifting my face in an understated way. If you have warm/golden undertones, this is for you. I am an NC42 and this lipstick is so flattering-it’s the perfect peachy nude for me.The formula is great as it is smooth and creamy yet long lasting on my lips. To enhance its effect, I wear it with a similar toned blush -Milani Warm Petals pairs beautifully with it.

This isn’t beige at all, but rather a muted orange shade. I heard Jullianne Moore has been known to wear this. All I know is it looks great with pale skin and red hair. I only wish it were easier to find. I’ve used up my last tube and can’t seem to find a refill. I know Revlon still makes it, because they advertise it on their site. I might have to order it.
Edit: Finally found this at my local Mom & Pop Drug Store. It’s interesting to note that they had it shelved with the orange shades and not the nudes. Just so happy to have found it!

I really like this color on my nc40 skintone. It falls into the nude category. Very wearable peach/coral nude, but not pale. I can wear this during the daytime or nightime. The coral undertone manages to brighten my complexion. Looks great with a bronzey look. Lasting power is good, a bit drying though. I usually apply some lip balm under, the l/s, and top with a bit more lip balm to keep my lips from drying out. I have lost this lipstick and went out to repurchase immediately. That says a lot since I have plenty of nude lipsticks. Definitely HG color.

My new favorite lipstick. If you are around nc42-44 in MAC, you’ll love this lipstick. It is so natural looking, and it enlivens your face up. It is a pinky-orange brown colour, with incredible texture and definition immediately added to the lips when applied. For lighter skin tones, I think this would be a great twist on an everyday look. Revlon never lets me down, and I hope they never ever discontinue this!

Sandalwood Beige is probably the prettiest peach/coral lipstick for dark skin ever. On me, it’s a peach or light coral that’s wearable without a lip pencil. You can wear it with eye makeup without looking ‘extra’ and it’s wearable in the office and when you’re going out anywhere during the daytime.
I’m glad that Revlon keeps a lot of their lipsticks around for decades although they need to bring back some LE ones from previous collections.
I’m a MAC NC45, Bobbi Brown Warm Almond, Fashion Fair Butterscotch and Revlon ColorStay Caramel.

I’m really impressed with this color. It’s an peachy nude that leans a little orange. Like other lipsticks in this line, the formula is quite nice. It wears very well. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase.
