Love revlon lipsticks. This one was a nice neutral pink but I didn’t like it on my fair skin

This is a beautiful sheer lipstick that resembles Nars Dolce Vita for a fraction of the price. It will probably show up best on paler lip tones. It’s lightly moisturizing and has a rosy brown tone that will perk up lips and look good with a variety of makeup looks. I’m surprised as loved as Dolce Vita is this doesn’t have more reviews. It’s been noted to be a close dupe.

I love this lipstick! It’s a very beautiful shade for my fair skin & it’s almost like my natural lip color only better. It’s a medium opague formula very smooth with a sheen that makes it look a bit like lipgloss. It’s also build able, doesn’t bleed into my fine lines, & has almost no smell. Highly recommend for everyday use. You definitely need to use lip liner with it though.

My most-loved, most-worn, most-often-repurchased lipstick.
Me: Brown hair (about level 5/5.5), bluish/greenish eyes, pale yellow, NARS Sheer Glow Siberia skin. Soft Autumn. Prone to dry skin and very dry lips.
Pink Truffle: Sheer-ish, but more pigment than in Lip Butter incarnation. Brownish-nudish-peachish-pink. Slightly shiny. This is the lipstick that I can put on without a mirror and that makes me look alive without looking like I’m wearing lipstick. MLBB gets overused as a description of a lipstick, but this is that for me. My one teensy quibble is that I wish it were as balm-like as a Lipstick Queen lipstick, but then it would cost four times more. I use a lip balm at night and carry on.

Revlon Colorburst Lip Butter in Pink Truffle was a popular MLBB color, now dc, but I noticed the same shade reborn in their Super Lustrous Shine line. Alas, it is much browner and not really the same shade–lacks the pink that made it so wearable.
