Muneca is the lightest nude shade in the KvD lipstick line and the brand describes it as ‘nude petal’ [creamy pinky peach nude], with a satin finish – if you missed out on their le shade ‘Divine’ last year, then this is the lighter version. This is another one of my favourite nude lipsticks, that is great for that ‘mannequin lips’ ultra nude look, when I want my eyes or complexion to rule a look. The brand also has a Everlasting liquid lipstick in the same shade name, which I find leans a bit more towards the peach side of the pink/peach mix.
Yep; there are lots of lower-cost nude lipstick shades out there, but what you’re paying for here is the formula. The satin finish [nearly matte, with a slight bit of slip] is the perfect balance between being a slippy-and-weaker creme and a bit-too-dry matte finish. I think it applies easily in one swipe and sets very quickly, so you are getting the strong colour, [almost] traditional matte finish with good pigmentation & staying power, minus the tight & drying feeling you can get from a fully matte lipstick. As a partway-to-creme formula you get a more comfortable & slightly-moisturized feeling, minus most of the slip and weaker staying power.
