I have had this lipstick for longer than I care to admit but once I found out it was discontinued I couldn’t part with it. It is absolutely gorgeous and hard to describe. It is red with some coral and also like some gold metallic shimmer. If I saw it again, I would absolutely buy a new one!

This is one of the most beautiful reds I’ve ever come across, it gave me the sexiest, most glamorous red pout. It’s a vivid red with coral undertones and it has a slightly metallic finish that makes it unique. It’s a great color for those with olive undertones and fair-warm skintones. I love the illuminating particles in it! it makes all the difference, makes lips look plumper and the color brightens up the face (no, it doesn’t look tacky-glittery at all, it looks expensive). I’m falling in love with KVD lipsticks. I just got Lolita 2 liquid lipstick and I love that one. Adora will be my next purchase…it’s also going to be the first red lipstick in my collection 🙂

The best way to describe this lipstick, is that it is a red that somehow illuminates your whole face. This is the only lipstick I have ever owned that makes me feel gorgeous with just this and mascara. It literally brightens the complexion. I am a red girl, and this is my new favorite. As others have said, this is so unique. I have yet to find a red with such a beautiful luminous (not glittery at all) finish. I would definitely recommend this, if it is the Kat Von D lipstick you try.

Unfortunately this is discontinued. I wasn’t able to find it at my Sephora but was told the JC Penney Sephora carries it. Was able to buy it for $9.99 on clearance so I picked up two (the SA had to go to their storage closet to get it.)
Beautiful color. Nothing to add to the descriptions except I think it’s a great color for women with olive or light olive skin tones.
The newer Kat von D colors are trickier and look one way in the store under light but completely different when outside. For example, I purchased Chula which looked like a gorgeous dark peachy neutral but once outside it was clear that it was more of a brick/orange tone. Nice for fall, but I was not feeling it.
If you like this color, RUN to your local JC Penney store before they are all gone.

The color payoff is what really sold me on this product. Everyone thinks they have “the” red out there, but let me tell you, this is “the” red that you’re not going to find in a lot of stores. It’s not really just the tone of red that is beautiful, but that metallic-y sheen is something special. The packaging of course is unique and I really love it. The only downside to this product is the price, which would make me hesitant to purchase it right away, but if and when I run out of this color I would seriously consider buying it again just because it’s so pretty.

I absolutely ADORA this lipstick [see what I did there? :-P]. But anyway, though this won’t be so much a review as much as a testament to how much I simply adore this lipstick, I had to post it all the same <3!!!
THIS. This lipstick is my new holy grail. This is thee perfect red lipstick ... a perfect and absolutely gorgeous metallic golden-red ... a color so unique, I don't think any amount of words could possibly do it justice.
I recently discovered this product after walking into Sephora to see "what's new" and have been using it (the lipstick) every day since. As a new (and permanent) favorite, I will definitely be using this for a very long time to come :-)!!
PROS:
!) The vanilla-like scent is to-die for!!
!) The texture is creamy, highly pigmented, and uniform in application [i.e. not patchy or uneven at all] ... it glides on like a dream.
!) The color is INCREDIBLY long lasting and as much as it doesn't budge (seriously, it doesn't budge ... there's also NO feathering whatsoever - though this isn't something I ever have a problem with, I CAN attest to the fact that this sets perfectly), it also keeps the lips well moisturized :-).
!) The new packaging is gorgeous!
!!) I mean, seriously, I am platonically in love with this lipstick [Ha!] :-D!!!

I couldn't recommend this any more than I already do ... but for the sake of this "review" I'll say it's highly, HIGHLY recommended!!!

This is super pretty and unlike anything else I own. However I find it a bit drying so I don’t reach for it terribly often. It is a beautiful color though.

LOVE, totally obsessed, I wear it almost everyday. I get very tanned in the winter and very pale in the winter, this colour works well with my wide range of skin tones. I highly recommend it. The lipstick also lasts a very long time.
